Assistant manager named Donavan scans my coupon and gives me the total price of 54 cents. I go to pay and then it seems like he’s having issues with the register. He asks “can I scan that coupon again” so I let him scan it again and then he tells me that the coupon has already been used. I thought why didn’t it say that the first time? It’s obviously because YOU scanned it already. I ask to speak to a manager because it seems like he’s out of his depth, unfortunately he’s the only manager there. He takes the drink away from me. Very rude. Stay away from this QT.

I stop to buy 1 galone of gas on pump 16, and wen I stop on 1 galone, my 1 galone recipient was 1/2 only, I try to speak with manager but not was there, so I take pic of the pump sticker and make complain, I hoop quiktrip manager see this take action.
Many people barely keep track of the cost of gasoline for their cars and it is not fair that they give them less

I went in this morning, May 7th, around 5:10 am to buy one of the rollers from the hot case, and I noticed the Buffalo Chickens were advertised as 99 cents, so I grab 2. When I got rung up, they came out to about $2 each and I immediately informed the cashier helping me. She just apologized and told me the total again. I wasn't going to just leave the food on the counter since I already picked them out, but I am annoyed that I payed a couple bucks extra, and the cashier's don't seem to have the power to fix it. So shame on the owner for not keeping up with the signage on all the prices shown.

The buffalo chicken are advertised as 99 cents at the hot case, but when they ring you up they come out to $2 each, when I told the cashier she just said, "sorry" and that was the end of that. Be careful when you grab things expecting the advertised price, because the cashiers don't care.

I don't know about other drivers but this place is awesome every time I go there is always clean everything in place coustemor service is awesome if big truck stops had this kind of management they would be great my congratulations to management and owners of QT.. you guys trained your staff the right way thanks ??????

Saw a useless guy filling up his backpack with food and filling up a water bottle with sprite and just walking out without paying.Saw another useless guy grab a case of beer and just walk out.I feel sorry for the owners of this franchise.Too many good for nothing,useless eaters around.Im sure it’s like this everywhere in Phoenix and the country as a whole.Americans,your country and your American dream that you’ve worked so hard for all your life is literally being destroyed right before your eyes.Your children and grandchildren will have to endure the worst of it.Sad…?

awsome place Just Bought sunflower seeds here and the lady helping me asked politely if I would like a cup for me to used while eating them. Seems small but it really considerate I buy seeds all the time and that question has never even been asked. 5 stars.The girl on the register with the shorter hair needs a raise. I was here Jan 15th at 10:20am

Qt is already well known for being the safe place, and having lightning fast service but I had no box dead that a few kind words could change my day.I was having "The Worst" morning of my life an was convinced the universe was out to get me, when I met an Angel named Lucy. Without going into too much detail I just wanted the whole world to know that for one moment you meant the world to this one person.

I just dislike sarcastic ppl the male manager told lady employee to stick around the desk in I guess she got up set with me in told me ill be back in the store for sure then tried to keep the item I purchased like I'm not a ball player out here making big truck money.
