Please train your cooks, we are a couple of clients and it is not the first time that they do not make the sandwich well, the first time they did not even put lettuce on the sandwich, the other time they did not divide it as usual and this last time I ordered 2 cups of chipotle and I felt scammed how they served and they are not free I paid for them

I had walked in with a return unfortunately I did not have my receipt I was like oh come on and the cashier is like there's nothing I can do I'm sorry and he asked me to move off to the side and he said let me get the manager so I moved off to the side and I'm the assistant manager comes up from he's from another store so he there's nothing he can do but the manager of that store was in the bathroom so I was told this three times already that she was in the bathroom I patiently was waiting at the counter when the cashier Xavier told me once again so this is the fourth time I've been told that she was in the bathroom I looked at him and I said look Xavier I have heard this four times he then interrupts me and then says don't sass me that is so rude and disrespectful and kind of sexist I don't like people who say that when I'm patiently standing there waiting I'm not cussing at him I did not yell at him all I did was lightly say I've heard this four times and I'm standing here patiently waiting not causing a scene so finally the manager comes out of the bathroom she fixed my issue she looked up my receipt she was very polite very nice she got me all taken care of and I left but Xavier is the most disrespectful person I have ever met in my life I have never been told by a child I am almost 30 years old I have never been told by anyone don't sass me that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard come out of some kids mouth I respect people I don't say that to people I have worked in customer service and gas stations for most of my life so the fact that this kid has the audacity to say this is absolutely disgusting and that the fact that the management is probably heard him say this to others he deserves to get written up and or fired for talking to me this way the manager is the most nicest lady I have ever met but Xavier he needs to go

No soap in the restroom. I asked an employee if there is a different sink I could use. She said no. I really hope the employees handling food and drinks have a sink in the back somewhere, cuz ewww!Also so many homeless people.But you can’t expect much from QT anymore…

Be careful with the cashier. He took my extra dollar and I was trying to get him to pay attention to me instead of rushing to the next person. And I quit because I was late for something, he was rushing me and everyone else. Please don't let him rush you because then he inaccurately handles your money and he is very curt and not friendly so you have to put your foot down.

Went to this location today to get gas, while putting the gas the pump got stuck we couldn't finish reaching the amount we wanted. I went inside the store for help. One of the cashiers told me he was the manager in charge, I tried to explain my frustration with the gas pump getting stuck. He acted like did not care telling me they never had any issues before. Instead of him going to see what's the problem he started making fun of me right in front of the customers. What's wrong with your employees? Is there any reliable management that can help a frustrated customer? It is a shame that your employees not only bully your customers but also laugh in our face totally unacceptable. Please do better.

Disappointing to see QT getting confused on why people come here. Thus store is 100% BACKWARDS and for the usability of the men's room (stupid sounding I know) the more expensive tiled dividers create more privacy and better usability of each unit.
