Massive pot hole trying to get in. Homeless/druggies everywhere asking for money. And I was almost late to work this morning because half of their pumps are not working and we're not labeled as out of order

Massive pot hole on the way in use caution when entering/leaving. Restroom policy is still in effect 9pm-5am no use. Soda machines were out of order. No raw sugar for my coffee. Not my favorite QT location at the moment ?. Armed security at this location.
