Let me just start of on a positive notes I buy breakfast tacos everyday wensday and the girl that makes them I wonderful give great customer service I never have problems with the employees. The problem I have is with the stupid tweakers. They’re all over the place they get in the way and they only care about themselves and they won’t move. I go to get my condiments and there’s always one standing there in the way just standing there moving back-and-forth, touching everything taking forever with whatever they’re doing and they won’t get out of the way and you try to reach over them and they get pissed off. They’ll just stand there forever basically doing nothing and won’t get the hell out of the way. And then as soon as I get outside the door, get up about 50 times spare change, it is so so annoying. I use to be in there shoes so I can say what I have to say about them. This is the only problem with the store is the homeless tweakers that are all over the place getting in the way doing nothing stealing stuff causing nothing but problems. They need to figure out something to do with these people to get them out of here and get them help but I’m sure they don’t want to help. …… today I go in this girl grabs a sandwich goes over to the condiment station. She had to be 20 years old, but she looked more like she was 70 and she’s standing there putting every single condiment and any else she can on this sandwich because that’s what they do. They try to get anything and everything they can for free without paying for it and she’s taking forever and what does she do? She walks right out the door with it. It’s pointless for me to say anything because if I say anything it’s always oh there’s nothing we can do about it or oh we can’t just accuse them of stealing because it’ll hurt their feelings so we just let them do it.

I went there yesterday so approximately 4:15 pm. After paying for my items the clerk handed me my change and said thanks for being slow. It’s not my fault he can’t count change fast enough. No reason to be a rude jerk to older people like myself and being a vet. That was extremely rude. Not to mention it’s unsafe there because they have all kinds of gang members and drug dealers standing on the corner. So much so that they have to have armed security in the store. I almost said something back to the rude cashier but didn’t feel like causing a scene. Not that the store cares but I won’t ever be back!!

This QT need get rid of the homeless/ crackheads crazy how they just let them stay in the bathroom when paying customers need to use the restroom this location is bad

I go every day and the people there are always very friendly. Great group of hard working staff. Glad it's the closest QT to me.

Have you ever gone somewhere and thought, "I'd like to get stabbed today," then this is the place for you. Once you are inside the building, you'll be okay, but the area around it is almost as bad as the "zone".I've seen more drug zombies around here than any other place outside of Downtown.The inside is usually clean and well run. It's just a shame the area is so bad.

Horrible, worst QT I've ever been to. Junkies, homeless, and all around scum of people have overtaken parking lot and store. Pimps using bus stops for their girls to "work". Not blaming the store, just very unsafe and sketchy. Wouldn't stop there unless of an emergency. Anyways its all part of a bigger issue with junkies and homeless. Hope it gets better soon.

Worst Qt I have ever been to! I was trying to use their restroom when the security guard came in demanding me to get out that I was in there to long when I had literally only been there for 5 minutes! I don't even want to give them the one star.

Probably one of the most ghetto QT's I've been to. The bathroom was nasty. I had to change my daughter's diaper in the bathroom and the changing station looked like it had never been cleaned or at least not for a very very long time. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and I think the person that made it had never seen a wrap before because it looked like a crunchwrap from Taco Bell.

I travel for work and so I go to QT somewhere every day if not sometimes twice. This QT on cactus is consistently the worst run one that I come across. They are regularly filthy inside and can never seem to manage their fountain soda supply. The reason I know it’s so bad is it is the one that’s on my way home and that I frequent and it’s just getting tired. Somehow it more often than not has a problem.

Creepy downright creepy the security guard there was eyeballing all the girls following them in and out of the store I was there with my boyfriend so thank God I was safe but I felt really bad for a girl walking in on their own cuz all he did was follow them out.

Get gas... I dare you. They either take nothing out right away and cause over drafts later (happened twice) or they take everything in your account regardless of how much you actually spent. (Just happened) being worried about how much they're going to take out and when is too stressful. I'll get has somewhere else
