How can a business that serves food, drinks, alcohol close their restroom. The kitchen is open till 10, but not the restroom? Terrible customer service

They let homeless people smoke fetynal pills in the restroom for free .. so if you need to freebase any drugs at your local quick trip make yourself at home ..

one employee whose poor service can ruin it for a place that deserves 5. Female with black hair & short, morning cashier on 3/24/24 displayed very poor service, made me feel as I was a waste of her time or my money wasn't good enough. Not the first time I've noticed her lack in customer service, only this time it took aim at me. Also, it's the first time I was not told " we'll see you again" or "see you soon". This is also my first negative rating ever, which I absolutely hate doing but she was that bad.

While roadtripping around the Phoenix area, I had to stop for a bio break and can always count on QT having a well-maintained bathroom. This location did not disappoint - clean, friendly, and well-stocked for various choices of bottled water to stay hydrated. If you are in the area, make this your choice for your fuel up needs - vehicle and personal needs.

Wow this a first for me i didn't think ill ever be disappointed in qt customer service i went to use the air pump cause my tire was flat but the pressure valve wasn't connected. I went to the front to ask and he said "it doesn't work cause someone cut it off so he can't connect the valve." So i went to the air pump puss the button and the air pump started blowing with perfect air pressure. So basically he lied. To bad you ruined Qt in my eye's.

I come to this location often multiple times a week for the past 2yrs. I come here because I work nearby and on my way home I like to grab a snack and/or drinks to take with me. I walk in the store and keep my scooter with me like a kids stroller. Never given a hard time. Tonight I come in and this guy Michael P harassed me. He said I can't have it in there. I said I'll carry it then. He didn't even let me carry it like every business does out here. It's a university town multiple nearby. PEV are the regular thing anymore. There's no security to watch my scooter outside. To top it off it's 2am. No one is inside doing business. This man harassed me and made me leave. I wasn't even able to purchase anything. He was extremely rude and doesn't belong in a customer service role. Hope management does something to get rid of him because this location will be missing lots of business if they keep him. I mean thousands of dollars of business they'll be losing from me if I keep seeing this man there. I'm sure others will do the same. Not everyone owns a car.

There is an @sshole employee working here.....he's middle aged and nasty.....I'll be coming in tomorrow to talk to a manager for he's unnecessary attitude......The only reason to kick out or give attitude is for the people who shoplift....but not me, I have cash, debit card, credit cards, and EBT....so I don't know who you think your talking too, employees like you give any company a bad reputation

I would have filled up with gas else where had I not wasted so much time here. The restroom was dirty, and things were broken or falling apart. I was going to get a hot dog, but couldn't find ANY tongs for the grill item OR the topping items. They only had miracle whip and NO mayonnaise! Finally an employee told me ALL the tongs were being cleaned. Really?!?! This is absolutely the worst AT I've ever been inIt is worse than some of the circle K I've been to. Will not ever come back here and I highly suggest you not visit here. And the frozen drinks were all down except the Horchata!
