I dont often give 1 star ratings unless its super bad. QT lately has gone downhill incredibly. Management and employees (Including "security") are there for a paycheck and nothing else. This particular location is awful. Stopped in to get fuel and a quick snack and drink tonight, and in the 5 min I was putting fuel in my truck, I had 4 (yes, 4) people come to me and ask me for either money or gas. 1 of the guys got angry when I told him I couldnt help him and threatened me. I laughed at him and he turned and left. As I finished fueling, I pulled up to a parking spot to go inside. As I exited my truck, I was once again, asked for spare change or food. As I walked inside, it smelled dirty. The floor had spilled beverage of some sort on it as I walked to the Coffee machine. As I removed my cup from the dispenser, I noticed ALL of the Hot Chocolate machines were out of order. As I turned around to put my empty cup on the counter to leave, there was a homeless lady that was filling up a 32 oz cup with coffee creamer. Walking over to the roller grill, they were dirty and had burnt and over cooked hotdogs on them. At this point I just decided to leave. Do yourself a favor and avoid this QT at all costs unless you are into being asked for money, dirty stores and rude employees.

The gentlemen here working this am were friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked and clean!! The bathroom was clean N smelled great as well!!! Great job ?

There was a spill here and no warning sign. I was walking slowly and fell hard. No Apologies from management. No follow-up from store either.All that was done was an associate quickly came over with a sign and a mop to cover their tracks.

Horrible experience:Many machines not working. Employees who don't care about your safety. Tried telling the employee who was running the floor cleaning machine he should have a wet sign out and that there was to much water on the floor. It was standing water for more than 20 feet of the store and anyone could fall and get hurt. I grabbed a wet floor sign and put it where people could see it so no one would be surprised and fall and cause damages to to themselves (possibility) paralyze for life because an employee did not want to take them time and put a sign up of figure out why it was leaving standing water. When askng for a manager at 1st I was there was not one and then after some serious talking she said well there is one but he is in the back busy.To that I decide a -1 star should be given for unprofessional employees and lack of human regard of someone seriously being hurt.

If I could give it a zero star I would ,this is by far the dirtiest QT I have ever been to. They have crackheads taking baths in the women’s bathroom plus the smell is awful! ? Qt do better please!
