Terrible customer service from the young man with beard and ponytail, im almost 50 with a weak bladder,i usualy stop in to get coffee but had to use the restroom it was just a little after 5 am i asked if he could open the restroom he states he is the manager on duty has keys and refused to open he also turned me away from purchasing my coffee because i saw him staring my husband down and he over heard me inform my husband of his rude gesters (staredown)towards my husband.

I went to their kitchen yesterday ordered a breakfast sandwich and they didn't even cook it. They literally put together all the cold ingredients and gave it to me. I got home and had to take it apart and cook each piece.

If you come to use a public restroom go elsewhere. QT I love you guys but please change the policy ! There was armed security , a manager , and a cop outside. No bathroom access. Is this reasonable for a customer to expect this from QT?

Your scrawny little manager (skinny white guy with glasses) at 7pm on Tuesday Oct 31st needs to stop discriminating against people by kicking them out for things we've been welcomed in 1,000 times for in the past. He thinks he can invent new rules and kick people out for absolutely no reason. I WAS an everyday customer who stopped in before work every day. Never stolen a thing, never been a problem in any way. Now I will go somewhere else because your (90lb soaking wet), wannabe tough guy manager thinks he's a big man and throws people out for absolutely REASON! Put that little JERK in check please!

My favorite thing about quick trip is they count back your change the "right way" they are trained to do this. Not only does it show the customers they are getting the exact change its very professional. They greet every customer. I like QT.

I really like quick trips-you can generally expect them to be clean. Not so much for this one. Lots of soda fountain choices that didn't work and the bathrooms are pretty disgusting
