I went in over Memorial Week looking to buy a mattress and frame. I had the original purple mattress that i bought about 8 years ago and saw they had a store now. The sales rep Sabrina ( i think they're called sleep geniuses) was very helpful, and I felt no pressure buying a mattress. She explained the science behind all the new Purples beds and helped me choose the mattress and bed frame that was right for me! Excellent service and very friendly!

The place was clean enough and there was plenty of options to see the beds. The sales clerk was certainly nice enough. However, the prices are insanely high $10,000 for a mattress?! . We were laughing thinking we’d have to take a mortgage out and then the next flower was $7000 !! so there’s no way we would buy that.

So happy with our Purple purchase! Aaron was an awesome salesman. Super knowledgeable on the products and helped us get an amazing deal without us ever feeling pressured. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

Around 6 months ago I walked into Purple with my fiancée after doing a ton of research. I thought it was awesome that they had a live showroom versus an online guess or trial. We went in and were immediately greeted by an awesome employee named Justice. He was honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy whatsoever. We fell in love with the mattress and accessories. Financing was super easy with great options based on my credit. Everything went perfect.
The only problem (on our end mind you) is my fiancée thought our mattress was a California King which I had an inkling was wrong. I know, I know, with all that research you’d think I’d know our bed size but I didn’t purchase it. Haha. Anyway, we called after we left the showroom thinking we could simply swap out the size. Unfortunately, that was not the case as Purple does not have the ability to do so once the order has been placed. Purple advised that they’d have to cancel the order, and the financing would cancel and show paid off within a few days.
I waited and called purple back with the same exact order. The pricing was matched along with everything else. The financing although was not the same as in store. Total mess of things and we held off on purchasing.
Easter Eve I decided, I’m going back and we’re going to place the right order and hopefully Justice is working to help us again. Justice was not in but another amazingly knowledgeable, personable, and honest salesman by the name of Aaron was working.
Let me tell you, so glad we went in when we did. Aaron was attentive and made the second attempt at a purchase possible with such ease. He was also able to get us an AMAZING deal paying less than we originally would have.
On top of this, the store was running an Easter egg hunt with treats and great prizes. We were fortunate enough to make out with some great prizes!
In closing I want to say that Purple has an AMAZING staff and I don’t know what that hiring process looks like but between what I experienced with Justice and Aaron, it must be a hell of a process.
Lastly. I work in process improvement, maybe Purple needs to consider some technical work to allow customers to make changes prior to shipping. Just a thought.
Go buy that mattress if you are having second doubts. I’d HIGHLY suggest asking for Justice or Aaron!

My wife and I visited the Purple show room on Camelback today. We've been wanting a new mattress for a few months but haven't seriously shopped, and just happened to be shopping in the area and stopped in. JP greeted us immediately, thoroughly explained what makes Purple a unique brand, and why it is so much more than a mattress store. The experience was very low pressure, and I think this is likely because the product speaks for itself. Though we haven't purchased yet, we are sold on the fact Purple is for us.

I was introduced to Purple Products through a family friend this year. Finally decided to go in and purchase the "Harmony" pillow. One of the best decisions I have made for my sleep. Neck pain has been eliminated, the pillow stays cool throughout the night, and I find myself getting better sleep now than in recent years. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and there to assist along the way. Highly recommend

Bought a king size mattress yesterday all my mattress are purple because I love the quality of sleep I get with purple mattress. Everytime we go in the sale representatives are so amazing. I strong recommend the brand!

For the past two years, I have been trying pillow after pillow and haven’t found a fit and then a friend raved about her Purple pillow. My husband and I both bought one and we’re so happy! We love the pillows and moreover, the customer service experience has been excellent. Aaron helped us at the Camelback store and we’re super grateful. Thank you!

It was a truly delightful experience being able to see products I purchased only online before in person! The Sleep genius (JP) that I spoke with knew more than I could ever dream to have thought to ask regarding the products. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I felt no pressure to specifically buy or do anything I didn't want to.
Plu, their products truly are amazing! It does take some getting used to with the purple grid being different from anything else that you'd knPlus,
However, that's how it goes sometimes!

Marla helped us pick out the perfect mattress! We cannot wait for it to be delivered! If y’all are looking for a new mattress definitely stop by. Staff here was great. Went to the purple showroom in Scottsdale and got chased out by pushy salespeople. Staff at this location were much more mellow and helpful.
