If you want your unit broken by the employees then this one is GRRREATTT !!! ALL OF OUR STUFF WAS GONE THROUGH TORE UP!!! ALL OF OUR KIDS THINGS MESSED UP AND THINGS WE CAN NEVER GET BACK they also took dead loved ashes who does that? They have video of who did it too and wouldn't show us without a police report it's horrible and karma is coming ?

I recently had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. They locked my storage unit without any prior notice or communication because I had spent more time than usual at my storage unit, which I later found out was considered suspicious by their district manager, Ashley. I don't understand how this was considered suspicious.No one informed me in advance that there was a time limit for accessing my storage unit, and no one reached out to discuss any concerns they might have had. Instead, I was shocked to discover my unit locked, effectively denying me access which I need for my BUSINESS. I was locked out on Friday morning and was told to vacate my belongings on the SAME day. To make matters worse, they wouldn't even unlock my unit until an hour before closing.My interaction with the district manager, Ashley, was equally disheartening. When I attempted to address the situation and understand why my unit had been locked, Ashley's response was anything but accommodating. She displayed a rude and dismissive attitude, refusing to provide any substantial explanation for theirs actions. Moreover, Ashley failed to point out any clause in my lease agreement that stipulated specific time limits for accessing my unit, which only added to my frustration and confusion. I don't consider it suspicious that my usual time of 15 mins happened to jumped to an hour when I got more clients and I just needed more time to sort my belongings and get the required materials to service my new clients.This entire ordeal left me feeling unfairly treated and disrespected as a PAYING customer. A storage company should prioritize clear communication, respect for their clients, and adherence to the terms of their agreements. Unfortunately, my experience with this company fell short on all these fronts.I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company. Their lack of transparency, arbitrary actions, and unprofessional behavior, as demonstrated by the district manager Ashley, and their front desk attendant have left me with a bitter taste.

DO NOT RENT HERE !! I Had a 10x15 unit for 5 months to store janitorial equipment and supplies for my cleaning business. when I came to the facility last week I was denied access inside to then find out I had been locked out of my unit. Never was I notified in an way for 3 days this went on an I was told it was locked because the manager needed to speak with me. I was not behind on payment so this was beyond confusing on why it was locked. when I was able to finally get a hold of ASHLEY the district manager, she stated that my time coming and going into the unit since May had increased from 30 min to 2 hours at a time and for that reason she decided to terminate my rental. Never before have I heard of a time limit for coming and going in a unit. Every person who has a storage unit obviously comes and goes ! some times may be longer than the next . But overlocking up my unit for that reason an then terminating my rental is Absolutely wrong !! An on top of that I lost out by not being able to conduct business for the days she wrongfully locked up my unit. I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE COURTS!!! An make sure no one ever has to go through this issue. This place is beyond wrong and will be held ACCOUNTABLE for the UNLAWFUL actions they have made!

Great company and as I do understand how the layout has to be for the area, it is so inconvenient to have to enter a code every time you need to go to the basement for your unit. It's just tedious moving in or out. That's the only thing that I would say is stopping me from giving 5 stars.

The price was great when I signed up for a unit. The only thing I didn't like about this particular location was the fact that my unit was in the basement and every time we took a load down we had to put in a code to use the elevator. It got really tedious and frustrating because it would time out so quickly. I like the fact that you are not outside unloading.

Our original contract started at $117. Here we are, approximately 2 years later and we are up to $178 a month. They have one available about 2 feet larger than what I have advertised on their site for $124. Beware, they are only good for very short term use.They offer free or 50% off to new customers and then very good rates going forward, but just as you get settled in, they will often increase your price. We have been there about 2 years and just got increased again. We started at $117 and are up to around $178, yet they offer new customers $124 for a ubit larger than ours.. They don't look out for their long term,, steady paying customers that are easy because they don't have to lose rent days,, process new contracts,, clean after someone moves out,, etc.. They just collect their money every month without giving loyal customers any incentive to stay. I would think they would give long term customers some kind of incentive for staying, but I feel like they would rather we leave, so they could rent the unit I pay $178 monthly for to someone else for $124. It's definitely time to find a different storage solution that we can trust to at least keep the price they advertised for your first year before they start hitting you with increases!

Was going to rent a small unit space but ended up not needing it the same day and cancelled and they are refusing to refund my $50. I will be filing a civil suit against public storage. This is illegal. I never utilize the space or broke the lock.

This place is always dirty! No access to the doors when people park next to the gate. If you stay longer than a couple of notes your rent will go up! And by up I stated at $215 for 4 months then it jumped to 467$ for another 5 months now it just jumped this month to 589$ for a 10×20. They said it's because the market and what other storage places are charging. Called another storage place indoors climate control just like this one 217$ a month. Looks like they can't fill there units so they just charge the people that have units 3x the normal rent to make up for it. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE FOR STORAGE

Just moved in yesterday into a small 5x5. So far, so good. I have no complaints other than not being able to pay for my reservation online was a pain in my butt. Hopefully everything stays on the right track while I'm here for the next couple of months. *I WILL UPDATE IF NEED BE*

I have been here a week now and have not been able to use my unit because there were not any light in hallway that shed light into my unit. my unit is 2029. I have constantly been asking for some light. I am a senior and don't want to break my legs trying to get into my unit because I'm unable to see exactly where I'm stepping. I feel very disappointed in the customer service area of this company. Take ur $$ but don't care if u can use unit afterwards. Waste of my time and gas coming over here. Somebody please pay attention to seniors asking for help. Yvonne. going on day 8

I have had my unit here for almost two years. My rent has been raised by over $20 a month (which happened right away) and services have been removed. The garage door finally works well with a code. It was broken the first six months or so. They only have one employee working in the office at a time, and although they are very nice, they are usually gone, checking locks. That means you can't find them to talk and they never answer the phones. The light outside of my unit has been busted for over a year, and I cannot see inside of my unit. I have asked them to replace the bulb several times, and each time they say they are waiting for approval to buy a pack of bulbs from corporate. Waiting for light bulbs for 9 months? They also say they have lights you can check out at the front desk...but again, they are never there. Apparently tenants can no longer use the dumpster without asking an employee to unlock it. But again, you can never find one. There was also a flood on my floor at one point. Thankfully my stuff was fine. So basically, I pay for a cleanish facility to check my locks, raise my rent, and take away services. Glad I finally have time to clean it out and leave.
