I don't know what happened to the staff. For the last year they've been my go to, but recently started dropping the ball on my orders, shorted on half an order but charged the full amount, waiting for 3 months for them to get the material in to fill the order. My salesman is no longer with them, I find out almost a week after I sent the order email. So I start talking to another guy Nicholas and he doesn't have the time of day to look up my account, and realize he's quoting me $200 more than I just paid for the same order. What's going on here? I'm hopeful these issues can be resolved, for now they don't seem to mind if I take my business elsewhere and that's somewhat concerning.

The service I get from these guys is always top notch, but today they went above and beyond. I called in an order 2 days ago thinking there was no way it would be ready. When I showed up they hadn't had time to cut it and they were getting ready to leave early for the day. I told them I would just take the full sheets and cut them myself, not a problem. They dropped what they were doing and cut my plexi anyway. They easily couldve given me the full sheets and i wouldve had no problem with it. There's no place else I will go for my plexi.

I've ordered material multiple times and each time I was given wrong information about lead times and material availability. I went to pick up my order and was told that they haven't even printed my order let alone fulfilled the order. I was told they were unable to make 2 cuts because they were "too busy" as literally no one was working. In the amount of time they took to explain why they couldn't fulfill my order, they could have done so 3 times over. Avoid and find a better option.

WONDERFUL-What a pleasant experience I just had at professional Plastics. Thank you to the young man forklift driver with the reddish beard who help me immediately. He answered my questions like a gentleman and provided me with the material I needed. I couldn't be happier with the service I just received. I wish I remembered to get his name but Thanks again to the young bearded man working in will call... I'll will be back in the future for my plastic project requirements.

Mike Dudek was extremely accommodating of an exchange. He not only promptly processed the paperwork on Christmas Eve but also issued a credit for the price difference - something I told him was not necessary! The person in warehouse (I didn't get his name) was very helpful as well.
