Took my e-350 7.3L in because it was was losing power uphill to the point of 10mph, and the fuel gauge wasn’t working. Spent $1500 on sensors and a gas tank cleaning to have the same problem an hour and half into the first drive, and the fuel gauge still doesn’t work. Replaced a CPS sensor for $30 and loosened my gas cap per a friends rec and now it seems better, but still our gauge reads full all the time. This place is a scam and is after your money.

Spent $1500 to get my vehicle running and after three trips to this shop it still doesn't run. They said they repaired the fuel gauge but it has never worked after any of these visits. They say it drives great but I continue to break down on the highway, which is unpleasant to say the least. Best of all, they seem frustrated with me for calling and asking why my vehicle still doesn't work. 0/5 would not recommend even to my enemies.

I have a 1996 Ford E350 clubwagon 7.3 diesel . I was having problems with my battery needing frequent, jumpstarts... brought it to Pro Diesel and is it better?? No it's worse!!! And I'm sick over that I paid the $150 to only disconnect a battery. I am loosing power after only a few hours...and all these other deisel knowledgeable folks say I ABSOLUTELY need 2 batteries to power my deisel!! Brian Said he'd be in the following morning and he never showed! What I want is a refund! I am so glad that I didn't end up on the highway... Battery dead again as I type!! I would give a Zero if I could!!!

They installed a complete ac sistem on my Ford f350. And also a ac vacumm. Less then a year later. Started to do what was doing before they replace everything. I check under the hood maybe something was loose i notice one part is on tap of the other loss. They just place the new vacumm on top of the old one I when back and the Canadian guy owner it's not there. The new guy check the computer records to check what they did in fact they replace all accounts parts but they did not secured the new part neither took out the old part. Just place it on top. Now I set up appointment when I show up the guy told me may appointment was las Wednesday I told he have told me and I rod it on my calendar. Now he say a have to charge first able they didn't instal the part properly. I would installed better and I am not a mecanic. So if you whant some one with no work ethic and crappie part instalation on your car that's your place but to me I DON'T RECOMEND IT. THIS GUYS ARE WITH NO MOROL AN NO ETICS.

I took my truck to the dealership and they had it for 4 days and hadn't even gotten to it yet. I had a friend recommended pro diesel so I picked up my truck took it to them and in 3 days m they told me what was wrong with it and had it fixed. And it was $400 less than they quoted me. My truck runs great I highly recommend the guys at pro diesel.

I have been taking my trucks to PRO DIESEL for years.They have always did great work on my Ford 4x4s. I highly recommend these experts.It's nice to know a Diesel shop you can trust.They recently installed new Bilstein shocks on my 4x4 truck and did a great job on a few other things my truck needed.By the way guys the truck is handling great thanks again for all the years of service.

This is a great shop with great employees. Looked at everything I asked them to nothing more. They gave me recommendations based on the most necessary to fix, not what was most profitable for them. Perfect communication and they were very quick with the repairs. I highly recommend this shop to others.

Charlie worked on my 2003 excursion 6.0 powerstroke 127,000 miles, about 2 months ago. He was straight forward, no bull, fair price and was professional. Give pro diesel a call.

I had previously given them a five star rating but in reviewing my receipts, I found a TON of discrepancies. Parts that I paid for twice, parts that were of lesser quality than what was on the receipt, etc. Perhaps this is due to the previous partner but I can't with good conscience recommend Pro Diesel any longer. That was a complete waste of over $5K.

This is by far the best mechanic shop, I can't recommend Charlie and Darryl enough. My husband has a diesel which they have taken care of for a few years and he usually takes my car to them (not a diesel) whenever needed. Recently I have had to take my car to them (hubby works A LOT) and as a woman I was so intimidated to go into a mechanic shop. These guys seriously ROCK! I felt so knowledgeable after talking with them. I thought my car was making a noise and when I talked to them about it they walked me through to identify the problem. I could literally see what I was hearing! They fixed my car within budget and made me feel comfortable talking with them. Thank you guys so much!

Very professional staff. They were in constant contact with me the whole time while doing some repairs on my truck. I won't hesitate to go back here. Thanks to the hard work and professionalism, my yruck runs like new again.

I took my truck to them believing I had a bad trans. seal. I was quoted a price but they found it was a smaller issue called me then fixed it. They were honest, prompt and friendly. I am happy to recommend them.
