Jade adjusted my weft. She is very good at what she does. She has also in the past done a great job sewing my weft in. I highly recommend her. She is very experienced.

My daughter and I went in to get our hair done and she also got her makeup done. I told them over the phone that we wanted natural make up for her. We were celebrating her 15th birthday that evening. My daughter told the make up artist several times while she was in the chair that she wanted natural make up. She has very light colored skin and she put tons of foundation on her, she tried to contour her face put dark lipstick on, and my daughter absolutely hated it. As soon as we got in the car, she took make up wipes and took all the makeup off. We spent around $200 for our services, so that was really disappointing. However, her hair turned out amazing and mine was pretty good, although it was a little flat and I wanted more volume.

I have a home in town and come about 4 months or often a little more per year. When I am in town I frequent various locations of Primp and Blow. 90% of them have been STELLAR experiences. I have become friends with Jackie at the Tempe location and buy halos from her 10+ times per year for myself and gifts. I visit these locations 10 or more times per month when I am in town. This visit was my last for the summer and today was my second visit to High Street ever. The first visit, last week the hair wasn't bad but was not what I'm used to. I booked this morning for today, North Scottsdale (closest to me) was booked so I gave High Street another shot. I got in for 2:15 and Chloe was fantastic. Excellent wash, convo and style. She gave extra effort and saved this location for me. At the end I went to check out, use the card on file like I have for the past 6 or 7 years and Vanessa was super rude telling me she couldn't do that because I am not a member, I was only carrying my business cards with me so I pushed back and she got more rude. I went to grab an Amex finally not wanting anymore of a scene and she finally said whatever checking me out. I added $25 for Chloe's tip on my $68 service and went on my way. When I left I got a survey and planned on writing this there. The survey is out of order so here we are. Chloe was great. Checked out with the same front desk different person last week just fine. My review, inconsistent and some of your other reviews mentioned rude people, looks like I found one of the ones they were speaking on. Not good. See you in September, in another location.

I LOVE P&B ? and this location is phenomenal. Today, I was late ? Traffic was a nightmare, every street in this town seems to be having some kind of construction work done to it… ? Anyway, I called ahead and let them know and they so graciously accommodated my request to complete my full service of a wash + style with my clip in hair extensions. I GREATLY appreciate their willingness to work with me and I highly recommend this location ? Will definitely be back!

Working with Arianna Z. has been SO AMAZING! I have never worked with someone so accommodating. I was planning an event for my best friend's wedding, for a couple of us girls and the bride to get our hair and makeup done. We were working with a pretty strict time frame, and Arianna went above and beyond to help us. So much so that she reached out to me just to make sure everything looked good and we were ready to rock. I had a lot of questions, and Arianna treated me with such kindness - she made this experience so easy and truly was such a joy!!!! THANK YOU ARIANNA for all of your help!!! I truly love the service at Primp & Blow, and Arianna was the embodiment of kindness!!!!!!
