It OK, not really good, and there are better choices. Rented a large unit, it fit my boat and cars nicely. The place is well laid out. Whoever constructed the place did a good job with the design. I moved out because the management became the problem. Moving in I dealt with Adam, he gave good service. But after getting a rate increase every 6 months, after 18 months I became unhappy. Yearly rate increases I can understand, but every 6 months....NO. Plus rate increases during Covid...NO NO. Then Adam quit or got fired. Then construction began on the main access frontage road and getting into the facility became harder than it was, and it was not good to begin with. They have a side access gate, which would be excellent access, but it's exit only. I suggested they put a keypad there for entry, which can be done, but found no sympathy. I would send Emails with zero response. I became increasingly unhappy with no response from new management. So a different new storage place made for boats got built directly behind this place, and it's worlds better. I moved out, switched to the new place. I'm glad I did. So then I expected my deposit back from Premier, was told multiple, multiple times that I would receive my deposit back. I waited months. I got tired of calling in, got my wife to scream at them, then a check arrived 5 months after I moved out. So there's all kinds of new places with large units being built, I don't think you have resort to this kind of treatment anymore, I didn't. I wouldn't suggest this place unless you have no other option.

Do not rent a unit here. They overcharge lie about when they’re going to take the payment out and when they do overcharge they will not refund your money. These people are unethical and don’t care about customers only themselves. What are the worst experiences I’ve ever had with dealing with people!!!!

from a canadian... i believe adam, the manager, deserve a stellar review with 10plus stars! the reason i choose premier RV storage was his helpfulness, patience and comfort i felt by talking when looking to store our RV for few months. the facility itself is incredible ,first class operation but adam made the real difference! anyone looking for storage should contact adam first! i hope they build more storage locations throughout USA... i would most definitely be calling them first!
