This place is one of the worst places to purchase your vehicle. They trick you with lovely smiles and even mention being from the same country is why they want to help more. The owner will do it until the customer buys the car with false hopes. When the time comes that the customer faces issues with the vehicle, they will keep the car for weeks. During this long time, they promise to fix problems. But, the customer's vehicle is nowhere but in the dust and sun. The one-year warranty comes with the car, a massive trick to ensure the customer buys their worst vehicle. When reaching out to the owner about the issues, he vanishes, and the employees lie about him being sick in another country. The most frustrating part is that everyone in the dealership lies about each other, and the other person supposedly took care of the issue. I never suggest this dealership to anyone, especially young women. All of the employees who are men harass and threaten those vulnerable consumers and take advantage of their money and effort. The vehicle's AC breaks down in the middle of heat and summer. The engine light is on forever, and they keep turning it off without fixing the real issue: the Catheloc Convertor.

The one on central has horrible customer service. They honestly don’t know what they’re talking about . especially manny. I don’t care how long he says he worked in the industry. He tends to not let anyone talk especially when you have concerns about some safety issues on the car. The car we purchased was a Kia , the blinker was out , the truck was broke to where you couldn’t close it. At that the car has a smell that won’t go away! The car lagged on catching the gas and after two weeks of having the car it stalled out and on the dash board the “check engine, oil and battery” light comes on and once I turn off the car and turned it back on it was okay , told him about it and he acted like if we was lying even though I took a picture of my dash board. At that the day we took the car to get check they walked in with a case of beer.very unprofessional! At that came back with the car stating “nothing is wrong with it”They don’t try to work with you nor your schedule unless they wanna get rid of the car you’re trying to get. I highly don’t recommend anyone coming to them .They’re money hungry. And will threaten to take the car if you don’t do what they say . But then say “we don’t want the car back” again they’re trying to sell broken cars of course they don’t.THEY ALL NEED SOME NEW TRAINING AT THAT SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL WHO KNOWS WHAT THEIR DOING. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

NOT BUYING. They brainwash you. They talk to you nice. Mechanics and salespeople are scammers. Thieves. 2 years ago, my husband bought a car, from the first moment it had “a hose disconnected” it made a strange noise because “they washed the engine”. He gave 2,500 down payment, the car started to fail, they erased the engine warning light, they never fixed it, the car stopped. And since we decided to never make payments again. The finance company sent for it to be picked up. Not recommended. This place should be closed.

I complained to them exactly a year ago for a car worth $15,000. The car was sold with 121,000 miles. After a month, I found out that they lied to me that the car even had 200,000 miles. They told me that the air conditioner was working, finally I had to pay a private garage to prove that the air conditioner was not working and only then after 3 weeks they fixed it so that for a month in the middle of the summer I bought a car for 15 thousand and drove it without air conditioner at the end of the day after a year the car was destroyed a car worth 15000 needs to be replaced transmission These people are bad people who sell period cars and are not good, unreliable people, the place should be closed to them, that's not how business is done, not cheating, and this is my shopping experience at premier auto outlet. I recommend not even thinking about entering there. I hope Google closes their account before more people get hurt. !!!

Don't fall into these people's trap!!! They will only steal your money, the cars they sell are useless!!! I have lost more than 4000 dollars with these thieves. If they go, it is at their own risk. they will lose the money and the lemon car they sell you.
