My sister in law has been trying to get a C-Pap machine for 2 years now to no avail. This company should be shut down for the unprofessionalism and lack of inability to service customers in need. When my sister in law dies this company and the Doctor will be named in a law suite. This site does not deserve a star!

Today I called I really had no hold time and I got a quick response, she was friendly and knowledgeable even though she no access to some computer info and had to call her supervisor. Got setup for tomorrow to replace my equipment. Night and day from the last time I called!

I have not got approved for anything yet but so far the employees that work in this location are very friendly and they answered all my questions respectfully their selection of mobility scooters are amazing.
