I highly recommend Precision Roller. On more than one occasion they have caught my mistake of online ordering a wrong part or toner for my machine. That is above and beyond customer service. Their prices can't be beat, and I receive my orders in less than 24 hours usually.

Sherrie & Lori are amazingly helpful, friendly & nice. They went out of their way to assist me and expedited my tax exemption paperwork so we could order our toner the same day. Then the icing on the cake is that my order went out the same day!!! They turned a stressful "emergency" toner issue into a pleasant non-stressful experience. I also want to mention the prices on toner is more than reasonable. Thank you Precision Roller for hiring such great competent individuals!

This place is gouging everybody with high prices. If you're a tech coming here for parts look elsewhere first. They're charging three times the price on some of the items. Sometimes you got to do what you got to do but this place should be at the bottom of your list.

I ordered a fuser unit for my ancient Samsung laser printer from Precision. The price was great, and the shipping was super fast. My geriatric printer now has a few more years of life ahead! All in all, I'm very satisfied!
