Hands down this is my favorite boutique in the valley! The staff is always friendly, funny and patient when helping me purchase items for different life events. Their selection is great and varied. I can find unique gifts for my Mom, sister and friends all in one spot...and trust me they're picky . The prices are fair and much better than other boutiques that I've visited. Believe me I've compared-LOL! Oh and don't miss out on the sale rack in the front and/or in the back of the store. Best values ever. This boutique is definitely the Best of the Best!!!! Check it out. You won't be disappointed

Been coming here for a few years. Seen a lot of stores come and go and so happy Posh continues to deliver, stay abreast of trends yet still be my go to place for casual lounge wear. I love how I can walk in and find a variety of styles (casual, dressy, trendy, etc. ). Sales associates are not "salesy" by any means, they are genuinely interested in understanding "what" you are looking for and "how " they can help. Some reviews make statements about "watching" or monitoring your every move. I perceive that as being genuinely interested to in what you are looking for. The owner, Nicole is super sweet and genuine, never pushy about buying. I stopped in today in fact and didn't buy squat. Other times I'll drop $400 easy and I'm not loaded. I come for the good prices and great styles and friendly shopping experience. I have a very short list of friendly, likable shopping boutiques and Posh hits the mark. Thank you and keep bringing it please!

Cute stuff but not very good customer service. I feel like I'm being baby sat when I go into the store - being watched like a hawk and being told to be careful of my makeup. I'm an adult and careful when trying on clothes and I don't even wear a lot of makeup lol

Awful customer service! The owner or manager watches you like a hawk the entire time. Not sure if they think you are gonna steal or what the deal is. Went in with my kids & they DO NOT like kids. They should have a sign that says "kids not welcome." Rude people running that boutique. Not my first time in this place either so I can't say it was a fluke. Cute clothes (a bit overpriced) but NEEDS new management.

I am visiting from my home in Brooklyn, and attempted to walk into Posh today at 4:15pm to take my sisters clothes shopping. I didn’t even make it past the entry before being aggressively yelled at that we cannot be in the store without an adult (I’m 28). I stopped, a little taken back by the aggressive tone of the woman, and said that I am an adult with my sisters (also over 17). She then told us that she is closing the store and if we’re just here to look then we should leave… I turned around and walked out, but was at the time appalled by the energy of a so called retail sales employee towards potential customers. Will not ever attempt to return.

Best boutique in Phoenix!!!! I was greeted by the owner Nicole and she was so eager to help! I love how affordable the clothes were and all the help I received as soon as I walked in. Will be coming back here next time I'm in Phoenix!!

Stopped in while out with friends and so glad I did! The boutique is adorable and full of so many fun, cute items! I appreciate the great service, the woman working was so fun. I love the items I purchased and will definately be back!

Cute clothes but the older gal working today couldn’t be bothered as she was reading her book. Couldn’t say hello, didn’t ask if I needed help, and did not even thank me for my purchase. Must have been a really good book to not even welcome, help, or greet customers. If the shirt wasn’t so cute I would not have even stayed here! When a customer comes put the book down and help a woman out!
