I got smacked by debris on the road coming back from LA. I didn't realize that there was a lot of damage done. I called the shop while driving back and they told me to drop it off the next day. I did in fact drop it off and put hey helped with the insurance process. Over the next week, they were very responsive to my calls for updates. I was surprised with how quickly they were able to get the additional costs approved and all the work done. I was as happy as could be with the work, minus the being pissed about getting into an accident. But Arthur and his staff were great and I hopefully won't need it, but if I do need body work, I'll be bringing my car back.

The owner is a very VERY SUSSY GUY. Apparently did fraud when I brought in my 2002 red Nissan and took out my break and changed them without telling me. Supper sussy and charged me 10,000 for special tire are and wiper fluid. Super sus man

THEY KEEP DELETING MY REVIEW!! DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE CROOKS AND BUMMY ASS LOWLIFE GOONS!! I got in a wreck and they had my car for weeks, I went to pick up up to find out that the car wasn't driveable even tho it was just a minor fender bender. The owner tried to charge me $2000 to fix an issue he caused. Finally we came to an agreement and he fixed it. I went back in today to discover my entire infotainment center smashed and cracked. HIS employee acknowledged that it happened while in their possession but the owner refused to fix it. He then started to tell me to get off his property and attempted to intimidate me with her goons to fight me. Do not come here!! this is not a review to get back at the business, I just don't want anyone else to go through the same experience. Doesn't matter how cheap or fast they will say they are, they are crooks at the end of the day and they dont care about you or your car. Please please stay far away!!

I love the way my car looks! They did a wonderful job , looks like it wasn’t even in a wreck. They said it would take over 2 weeks to repair. An they finished the job before the 2 weeks. I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend platinum auto body to anyone.

Arthur, the owner of Platinum auto body, has taken care of us for many years. Arthur believes in doing it right the 1st time and at a very reasonable price. I have recommended him on a number of occasions to friends and co-workers. He has always been very honest and does very high quality work. Please do not judge the quality of the work by the location.If you are in need of repairing the body of your vehicle, give him a call, you'll be happy you did.

I can not be happier with the quality of work I received from platinum auto body shop it only took seven days to get my car back which was great because I also had to pay for car rental if I ever need any further auto bodywork platinum is the first place I’m coming! thank you to Glenda for all of your great customer service ?

ZERO STARS!!!! I just called in requesting to speak with someone about services. The first time I called, a lady answered and screeched "PLATINUM" in my ear. I proceeded to speak my request and she hung up on me. I called back- same high pitch screech "PLATINUM"- I said I just called in and was hung up on- The lady got an attitude with me- even proceeded to argue- so I asked to speak with someone else and was hung up on again! I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have over 5K worth of services needed to be done on my vehicle - their loss.
