They finally reopened in August 7th , 2025. I was about to cancel my membership but someone told me they passed in the afternoon and saw it opened. This is definitely good news for me and all who likes this location.

Honestly 1 of my favorite planet fitness locations, I’ve been to many locations and this is my favorite location, unfortunately it’s been closed lately, hopefully they open up again soon

Hello, who can I message or email about my membership? I keep getting charged, and as I mentioned before, I have MS, and sometimes it's difficult for me to make payments or to go to another gym. I just paid a negative 100 balance. And I only used it once before it got closed.
