Went in on a Sunday afternoon after a bicycle ride for a cold drink and realized it's a truckers gas station like a Pilot gas station the kind you see when you're on the road traveling. They have a variety of treats and cold drinks.

Even if you purchase something they don't consider you a customer. They will wake you up at 5am and threaten you with cops... Just so you repark 10 feet on the same lot.

Yes I do remember Now I did Visit Pilot gas station to get gas for our Van & pick something cold like some water or a sopa or a bit to eat good service's always stop when I can

PLEASE ADVISE.Pilot male young kid clerk personally attacked me verbally saying "i dont give a s#it about your life"Is this a new Pilot Travel Center Policy to verbally abuse on truck drivers who park outside parking space?He could've just say move your truck n that enough to convince driver to move vehicle like any other places does.Btw. my life is doing OK with $110,000 net last year, or $300,000 gross. $350,000 year before. my kids in a good college n im blessed by god, which i didnt verbally retaliate him back in same way as he did to me.I had IT business long ago that went sour. I regret that if that s what this kid try to tell me about my lifeI know economy not good, but that doesnt mean you go after target prey n abuse him. I bet kid won't say same to tall 300 lbs drivers. Sad . .Next time please tell driver to move vehicle unless this is a New Pilot Policy to follow

Attendant had some kind of a breakdown and started berating truck drivers... I was afraid that he might lashnout and strike me... I made a hasty exit along with my female codriver... she was upset because she wanted to use the facilities but, was unable to complete her morning routine...

Drove all the way for them to not be CLOSED AND NOT open 24 hours like they should of been. Then as we were trying to find another truck stop to go to the attendant agresivly marched toward us almost like he wanted to fight and kicked us off the property. I'm not sure what astablishment is being ran here but maybe corporate needs to know how they treat their traveling customers who are trying to use their services that are supposed to be open 24 hours.

Great clean place especially there restroom for many gas station are not well kept but the Pilot. Plus Subway is very clean and there customer service is fantastic ????

Stopped there as maps showed it as a truck stop. My wife went in to use the restroom, the fat a$$ clerk told her 3 times, we couldn't park there, however there was 8 other trucks in the lot. I guess even idiots can get hired by pilot.

Only thing I had to eat all day was a salad from pilot. I have been sick all night. The health inspector needs to come in here.
