Went in for a part for our trucks drive shaft. Was in and out in 5 minutes. All the staff was friendly and helpful!

Never buy from this place ever!!!! They sent me two faulty rack and pinions for my car the first one didn’t even fit and was built the wrong way around after 3 months of shipping and trying to get them to send us the new one it was sent I just got it put up and going and after only 15 minutes of running and driving my car I couldn’t turn left. This place is a joke and everyone here has their heads shoved so far up their butts never buy anything or even have the thought of purchasing from this place unless you enjoy getting hosed out of money and time.

Been waiting for somebody to answer the phone going on 20 min now and Nobody is picking up. Crazy how Nobody can even pick up the phone to say please hold. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Phoenix Rack & Axle is fantastic!! I had what I thought was a specialty electronic issue with my 20 year old BMW steering rack. It turned out to be that plus hydraulic erosion of the hydraulic lines inside the rack itself. Jason and the team figured it all out for very reasonable cost. In fact, UPS destroyed the now fixed unit when it was shipped back to me. Phoenix Rack & Axle fixed me right up with another rack. They were able to diagnose complex issues and make it so my old car runs (and steers) like new again! Thank you so much!!!!!!

PHX Rack & Axle and their incredible crew of professionals, including Jason, went above and beyond to make sure my CRV driveshaft was repaired correctly after another shop failed miserably. I have never had a shop go the extra miles like PHX rack and axle did.
Don’t waste your time, sanity, or money going somewhere else. Let this be your first stop, and likely your last. Thank you again PHX Rack and Axle!!!
