I work for an apartment community and we don’t take packages for residents in the office. One of the delivery drivers did not like that answer and started to yell at me that I was no help as he was leaving the office. Definitely needs a lesson on customer service. I get that he was trying to do his job but I was also trying to do mine and did not need to be yelled at.

I have used Phoenix Flower Shops exclusively for quite a while. All of the bouquets I have ordered have been fantastic. I ordered a Birthday bouquet for my wife, ordered on Friday morning for delivery on Friday afternoon. It arrived at the proper time and very beautiful. My wife loved it. The following Sunday 2 days later it had begun to wilt. I called them on Monday morning told them my issue. Within 5 minutes the nice lady looked up my order and with out another thought said it would be replaced and delivered that afternoon. By 1pm it arrived and my wife and I are very happy with the new bouquet.
Thank you for being an outstanding flower shop. I would recomend to everyone.

Needed flowers and a gift last week for a co-worker's child that was in the hospital. I didn't have much info to go off of but Karen was so wonderful and worked with me to get everything we needed and get him his flowers and teddy bear which he loved! I will definitely go back to Phoenix Flower Shops for all of my future needs because of Karen!

My mom absolutely loved the flowers and apparently what was sweeter was that there was a flower trail into the house :)

Phoenix Flower floral arrangements are fresh and beautiful! The customer service is top notch! I had errantly entered the incorrect recipient address on my order.
