Because I had a great interaction with Phoenix Appliance Service last time I needed work I made sure to call them again. Fortunately it was an easy fix, and the technician only charged me the typical service call even though he added a couple of extra touches to make my dishwasher drain better. Will definitely call them again if I need work done.

This company has communication issues. They have more than one way to communicate with customers and no one knows what the other is doing. I have three appliances and paid $185.00 service charge on Aug.17, 2024 to look at them. I was told my two refrigerators are too old and they did not not recommend fixing them. Gary tried to fix my dryer but he stated I had bought the wrong belt. On Aug. 19, 2024 I text Vladimir when they are going to fix my dryer. Vladimir text me that have to order the belt and Gary would contact me and give me an update. I have texted Vladimir twice for an update and as of Sept. 11, 2024 no communication from Vladimir and my dryer is not fixed. On Sept.9th I did get a text from Amy with Phoenix Appliance Services, “We hope you’re satisfied with the service we provided recently. Could you share your feedback on Google?” This is my feedback! WHEN DO I GET MY DRYER FIXED? It should not take 25 days to get a belt to fix my dryer and no communication for an update either!! Horrible customer service from this company and Metro Techs. Never using Angi again!

Emil did a complete check of our washer. Cleaned debris out of a line which may have caused water to run out on floor. Haven't had that issue again.

Vladimir's knowledge & customer service was EXCELLENT! After being misled by their new AI answering system & Google search, indicating they were open Sundays, Vladimir was alerted that I was trying to reach his company. He called me and offered to come out, himself, the following morning to fix our refrigerator before we left town that day. He's an old world, old school gem and we enjoyed meeting him. We will use Phoenix Appliance Services again! Thank you, Vladimir!

They came out to fix my refrigerator, which they did in a short time after my call. There was a hiccup and they came back the next day to resolve the issue. No charge! Highly recommend using this team. Great job guys!

I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Appliance Service! My fridge broke down in the morning, and I was worried about losing all the food inside. I called them, and to my surprise, they had it fixed by the afternoon!
Vlad, the technician who came to my rescue, was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood what needed to be done. His accommodating nature made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The service was not only quick but also fairly priced. I was impressed by the professionalism and expertise shown by Vlad and the entire team at Phoenix Appliance Service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repairs. They truly went above and beyond to provide top-notch service!

Vladimir was great and very helpful.
Our original issue was with our wine cooler, but my model is more like an AC unit than actual fridge. So they were not able to work on it sadly.
Vladimir was honest to us about it and asked to see our regular fridge since he was already here. He cleaned the fridge coils and fan which did need a thorough cleaning to my suprise.
It was great service and he gave great advice on how to care for our fridge and how often to clean out the coils.
Very nice and pleasant!! Will definitely recommend to others!

Recently, I was having refrigerator/freezer issues and the lights were flickering like a strobe light and then went out completely. A family member told me about Phoenix Appliance Services and highly recommended them, so I gave them a call.
They were quick to respond and come out here to inspect the refrigerator and freezer. Gary was great and identified the problem within minutes. He then explained the process of how this works, since they needed to order the parts that needed replaced. And when he came back when the parts came in, he was literally done before I realized it! Very fast and efficient! I was impressed and now my refrigerator and freezer are working like new again!
But I need to say that they are also very honest as well! When I cut a check for them when the work was completed, I accidentally had another blank check underneath the one I wrote out to him, without even realizing it. He had realized what happened before he even pulled out of the driveway and immediately informed me what happened and gave me back the blank check! So thankfully he was honest or that could've ended badly for me!
I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them!
