The customer service for the PetSmart employees was amazing but the bathrooms were dirty. No tissue in the bathroom, paper towels in place of tissue. The lady at the Banfield desk was rude also.

They did not have what I needed, but were very helpful in locating the item at another one of their other stores.

Very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Has grooming, training, adoption and Banfield on site. Super busy location.
