Tried to ask an employee if Petco carries a certain brand. His response was, “I just clocked out.” I expressed my concern about poor customer service to other employee standing there and the response was, “He’s had a long day.” Just an acknowledgment that I could have been treated better would have take a short moment. Lots of choices out there. I won’t be back.
Update: I went to Petsmart and was greeted at the door by an employee asking me if I had questions. Then the employee walked me to the isle and offered to put the item in my cart for me. Funny how a little customer service goes a long way.

terrible experience with the vetco. they told me on the phone that my cat was ready to be picked up and we would have had medicine to take home with him but once we got there they told us he was dying.
