Shopped for my monthly dog food supply on February 14th at 10:15 am. The girl at the counter obviously hated her job. She does not say hello to people entering. Does not say thank you. no smile a very entitled young girl. I must say f i was the manager she would not be there. I dont expect to be catered to but this will definitely change where i shop from now on.

Stopped by to see an item I saw online and the employee told me it's possible to place the order online to pick up in store to get the online price. I placed the order and picked it up within 3 minutes.

Didn't have any cute pets out. Had 2 cute ferrets. One looked pregnant. a few other things no dogs or kittens the great news that had gotten sold. ❤️🥰but they had 1 lonely birds felt sad for it.

I took my puppy to get vaccinated, and the experience was particularly bad. First of all, they don’t even have a dedicated clinic room. They only have a small platform, which is a board, located in a corner of the store. There is no separation from the products for sale, and there are shelves next to it. This is too rubbish. Secondly, their staff kept selling packages. They said they didn’t need them several times, but they kept selling them. And I made it clear twice that my puppy didn’t need deworming, but they told me regardless of doing it. I was shocked. I said the breeder warned me that I didn’t need to do this. The doctor said, well, the breeder is not a doctor either. exm? ?
Finally, their cashier service was very poor. She was a fat woman. She rolled her eyes with a smile on her face, looked at her with disdain, laughed loudly at other staff members, and pointed at her. Pointing, judging, mocking loudly, very disrespectful. When I was about to take a picture of her pussy, she even yelled and screamed. Her behavior was very unusual and made people feel quite scary. What a typical "Karen", she will definitely get her comeuppance! This makes me very disappointed with Petco. I will probably patronize it again! !

I am a member of the Petco rewards program and earned $58 towards a bag of dog food. I told the cashier about the reward but she continued to add the full price to my bill. She told me the price of all my items, including the full price for the dog food. I reminded her that she did not take off the $58. She could not get back to my rewards to adjust my acciunt and needed to call petco headquarters to help. I am not sure how she messed up my account. My reward was available at this store last Monday as well as at the Tempe and Chandler stores. This cashier definitely did not know what she was doing and I am not sure if she is a new employee.

Purchased a boxed UVB bulb yesterday and when we went to use it this morning there was no bulb in the box, just the cardboard.
When we went back this morning to the same store they would not refund our money. Both the cashier and manager said there was nothing they could do because we could not prove there was not a bulb in there.
Then we get a flippant "Have a nice day!" from both of them. All our over $300 month pet supplies and food business will now go to Petsmart.
