Service was canceled twice by provider minutes prior to appointment. Required to pass another heartworm test prior to distribution of meds although dog has been on auto ship continuously.

First I have to say I really was not in Petco I used the Vetco clinic. We moved to the north side from Chandler and during the hassle of moving I missed our annual dog vaccination booster. All "regular " vets near us were booked for a month. So in one day we got into see Dr. Duke. He was very thorough and easy to understand. His support staff is very friendly and helpful. No waiting at all. I thought the prices were very reasonable no hidden fees. Transparent I got a followup text from the doctor that night. All in all it was a very good experience.

I've been taking my dog here for a while for a bath and Lauren usually is amazing. But 3 hrs and 45 mins for a bath is absurd, especially when you know your dealing with an anxious dog. My receipt stated "helped by Dar" and Dar is the reason I will be looking for a new place to take my dog. When I expressed my concern and the fact my dog looked not well, she completely ignored my concern. She was dismissive and rude. Not to mention the over 10% increase.

Amazing customer service. We actually called from inside of another pet store to see if they had another type of pet, which they did. Alex was like the bomb customer service rep and answered so many of our questions, so we headed right over. We got there and then Rose swooped right in to help us. We ended up buying 2 hamsters and were so educated between Alex and Rose. Even Deb at the cash register was so pleasant and helpful. Best experience ever !!!! So thankful that this was our first experience with buying a pet.

We went to get some toys and stuff for a couple of cats. They didn't have much of anything for cats. Ended up leaving with money still in our pockets. They were in the middle of a remode so that was most of it.

First of all this store is a huge safety hazard right now as it's under construction. I went to get crickets for my gecko, completely sold out. Was attempting to get mealworms then their credit card machine wasn't working, ended up walking out empty handed.... I definitely won't be going back

This store has lost our business for good. Despite the CDC guidelines, as of 5/17 they are still enforcing mask wearing. Not only that, they are extremely rude about it. Horrible service.

Huge sign with arrows that says you can't enter without a mask. Ordered my dog food from chewy due to the signs. Vaccines are available and it's completely unnecessary to wear a mask in a giant store where it is easy to socially distance. Time to get rid of the sign.

Nope...just nope! Chewy will do the trick for now. An employee stated that mask wearing will probably be indefinite.
