“Had a foster in for a wash by me and a nail trim by the groomer. Very fast and professional nail trim for the foster - the groomer was so calm and handled the dog in a low stress manner! Great water pressure in the self wash and the whole staff were friendly and helpful!”
“Best shelter in the Phoenix area! I have adopted 3 wonderful kitties from here and it will always be my first choice. The staff takes time to interact with the animals on a daily basis. They provide you with any information they have on the animals- even if it's the not so great stuff we don't wanna hear. Just an awesome place! I recommend it to anyone mentioning they are interested in getting a furry friend. I highly recommend you check them out too! “Went in looking for frozen bones! Although they didn't have the size I wanted, the man working suggested buying a bison horn for my very destructive cane corso. Needless to say, it was a fantastic recommendation! After a couple of weeks, it's still going strong!”

“I stopped in Tropical Treasures this afternoon to pickup some plants for an aquarium I'm putting together for a friend. They had more plants then the big name stores and definitely cheaper. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. The girl gave me some pretty good info on each plant I chose. Everyone was welcoming and glad I came in. Sounds corny but this shop reminds me of the shops that were around as a kid. Seems like now days your bothering someone to help you after searching to find help. Not here. If you visit two or three times I bet they will call you by name on your forth visit.”

He also made some recommendations on other foods to try that may be a better fit for my girl. Gave a sample (unfortunately she didn't like), but we will be back to try other options that will satisfy her. Also, want to try out the dog wash station. Maybe it will be better liked than a tub bath.”

“I like getting my goat food here because it’s a family owned business not a corporate box store. The products are higher quality and I love visiting the friendly down to earth staff. They even referred me to a guy who helped me trim my goats hooves!”
