Visiting from out of state and have been here twice now! The staff both times were amazing. Very kind and knowledgeable and wanting to help, but not like the follow you around every corner type. They gave my pup lots of love and treats the time he came in with me ♡ Prices are fair and everything is aimed towards what is healthy for your pet, which of course we love!!

Make sure to bring your own towels if you use the self-service dog wash. This is not clear on the website, and it is not consistent with other Pet Planet stores I’ve visited. Also I was told that they typically only allow you to use the dog wash with an appointment, which is not consistent with other Pet Planet stores I’ve visited.

Staff is always great and helpful at this store! They carry my dog’s food as well have awesome snacks . The local peanut butter dog cookies ? by the register are amazing!

My boyfriend and I have been sipping at the canyon crossroads location for over a year now, and each time is a wonderful experience! The staff is always so knowledgeable, and give us both great recommendations! I want to personally thank Kayla for being so positive and up beat! It’s great to go somewhere that not only cares for your pets, but for you as well. Thank you all for what you do.

Super friendly pet store, they have a great attentive staff and that is more than willing to answer questions. They can help with recommendations based on your pet. Also they have treat Thursday where treats are 15% off, and they have an amazing variety for cats and dogs.

Hands down the best place to get all the things I need for my dogs to be the healthiest they can be!!! Such a great atmosphere and the staff is incredibly informed and helpful beyond any expectations… very convenient location and affordable in contrast to other natural pet food stores. Kaylee, Kelsie and Elsie were so kind and helpful it made my normal errands much more enjoyable!

If your a regular customer they treat you like family. They get to know your pet. Also the self serving dog wash is self serving meaning you bring your OWN THINGS TO WASH YOUR DOG!! Things are not free!!

My dog, daughter and I literally just left as fast as we could this afternoon after the 3 gals standing at the front desk (with not a single customer in the store) were not very nice to us. I have a backyard with a house, but thought it would be fun to take my Cocker Spaniel in for a quick wash here so she wouldn't be in the heat outside. We walked in and were greeted nicely until we asked to use the self-serve dog wash and immediately one of the gals asked if I brought my own towel which I thought was a strange question to ask for a self-service dog wash. I said no (again, it's a self serve dog wash - if I wanted to bring my own stuff I would just do it at home). And immediately after my response I was so rudely told I really need to make an appointment to use the dog wash (again, not a single customer in the store), BUT that I was "welcome" to use it since no one was using it, BUT I need to get my own towel, although there's a a dryer in there. I was so taken back by the rude brunette that said I needed an appt, that I headed right back out the door and told the gals I'll wash my dog at home. I went there at 3pm and it's 3:26pm and my dog is now washed at home and you saved me money. Just Wow... that's not how you treat people. As I was leaving out the door your other employee thought it would be helpful to remind me that Frys nextdoor sells towels. I've been to self-serve dog washes that not only supply towels, but are nice and also gives you things like brushes and combs. Just so you know I was trying to throw you some business and have a nice afternoon with my dog and daughter, but felt like I was bothering you three by entering the store. It surely will never happen again.

Love this place! Take my service dog in training here all the time. An amazing selection of food/treats of excellent quality and ingredients. This is also the only place that I bathe my dog. They have an amazing self wash station with dog conditioner, types of shampoos, a good spray hose, and a groom loop for convenience in the tub. It also includes a dryer and an apron. Would recommend bringing a dog towel though because my dog hates the dryer. We visit almost weekly to get a selection of tasty treats and clean up
