I recently visited Per Paradise for my dog's grooming session, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! The staff at Per Paradise were incredibly welcoming and professional. They treated my furry friend with the utmost care and expertise, making sure he was comfortable throughout his grooming session. The end result was fantastic - he looked and smelled wonderful, and I could tell he felt great!I also really appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities. It's clear that they take great pride in providing a top-notch service to both pets and their owners. I'm definitely planning to return and would recommend Per Paradise to any pet owner looking for high-quality grooming services.

Do not take your dogs here for boarding! There's no grass at all. Just a block fenced area. I hear the employees yelling HEEYYY! All day at the dogs barking in the outside area. I hear the dogs inside barking all throughout the night.

My dog had such a fun time staying here for a few days! Loved the staff, super nice and respectful. The facilities were clean. Could watch my dog have play time on the cameras. 10/10 and I’m very picky about where I let my dog stay but I also don’t want to pay a fortune, this place has had the best experience for my family and I and the best prices we’ve ever had to board at!

They were helpful, friendly, and quick to give me information on my dog and her day. The place looked clean and the other dogs I saw were happily playing with a worker in one of the dog yards.

We found Pet Paradise about 14 months ago. They care for our pets as well as any family member. We’ve had some tough health emergencies with our pups and they never hesitated to help. I cannot recommend them more. They are a 10.

My dog goes there for grooming and the place is great The manager is super nice. Savannah . I don’t drive and she came and picked up my Eddie and brought him back that’s why I think there is no other place for my dogs care and he loves it there. The groomer is great eddie isn’t to fond of grooming till it’s over but she does a great job.

I was there on 10/2 at 10 am. The manager of the day wasn’t mentally stable . She yelled that she’s quitting her job while using F words over answering some regular questions. She wanted me to sign 5 pages before reading and she got mad that I ask questions! I would never bring my dog here again while an unstable manager working in this place! She’s right! she needs to quit or get help before being around dogs ! I like my groomer but won’t be back ! I want to say this was unprofessional, but it’s beyond that! She sounds like she can loose her temper very easily and can’t be trusted! Just so you aware where you send your dog. Plus be aware they ask you to sign to give away all your rights ! So if even the groomer is sleepy and cut your dog , YOU have to pay for everything! And they push you to sign without reading just because they explain it in one sentence that if something happen to your dog they want your permission to take him to dr , BUT THAT’s not the case , they ask you to give all your rights away ! JUST BE AWARE

I have used their boarding services for my three ranch/work dogs a couple times in the last year when I needed to take trips out of town. I boarded my dogs Max (doberman), Luke (pitbull), and Rhea (catahoula) with them for 3 days over my birthday and when I picked them up, little did I know that they all came home with kennel cough pneumonia. Four days later they were all sick, vomiting, and coughing. Max almost died when he became septic, and was in the ER vet ICU for three days on oxygen and iv antibiotics with a 107 degree fever. A $500 stay at this kennel, turned into a $7,000 ER vet bill to save my dog Max’s life. Max was sick for an entire month, with two weeks of daily antibiotics and bed rest, and lost 15lbs because it was hard for him to eat. It was a horrific experience. This was despite Max, Luke, and Rhea all being fully vaccinated and healthy at the time of their boarding, they had all had checkups the same month before their stay. I called the facility and informed them and no one did anything, no call from a manager, nothing. I still have questions as to how this could have possibly happened and they were never answered. I will never board my dogs here again after this event and caution others.

This is the worst experience that we’ve had with our dogs. It is the second time that we board our dogs here, the first time they returned our dogs with the paws covered in urine, my goldendoodle had a paw infection and my small dog even had parts of his body covered in urine. Before giving them another chance we called them before and they apologize and told us that that was not going to happen again. We even booked two baths so they were clean and cute for us to pick them up. Attached are the pictures of what we received. After $830 both dogs got a path infection and didn’t get a bath and they charged us for that. We asked to ask with a supervisor and she said “I am the supervisor, whats up?. And refunded the bats (that they didn’t get).Beside that, if you have a friendly kind of shy dog I will avoid this place. I had to call because there was a german shepherd bullying my dog and no one pays any attention to the dogs, the two girls were talking on the same spot not interacting with the dogs, they just needed a coffee table and some cookies. We did it just because of how close it is to us but there are so many other good places around that this one is definitely not worth it. There is Boulder Falls Pet Resort that is amazing and plenty of facebook groups around north Phoenix that offer the service. If you know someone with dogs that could possibly stay here, please let them know to not do it! I will make sure to post on my north phoenix facebook groups so everyone is aware.

I have a rescue male GSD. He is not friendly but also not aggressive dog. He completed five obedience courses. When I talked on the phone with staff they said they dont have restriction on breed. I know that people often judge my dog with his title, rescued big male GSD. I went to there to test him, He just barked two time without any lunge and staff said they cannot handle aggression. He just barked two time while we were there for 20 min, he is not aggressive. Feels like this place prefer medium and small size doggies well not my doggy.

We had a great experience at Pet Paradise with our dog Wally! They had him do a trial before boarding to make sure he would do okay, and they made a super cute evaluation (complete with a hand drawn photo lol). We were worried about leaving him because he's so shy and wary of new environments but they took great care of him, and he seemed happy and comfortable during his stay. They gave him a report card prior to pick up, and we were able to add a bath and nail trim on his last day of boarding. He's exhausted today because he had so much fun! Wally will definitely be back .

My dogs love them. My only complaint is they require the food brought from home be unit dose. Therefore the is a lot of waist.

Dropped my sweet child off to go on a vacation. A week into his stay we got a call that his FOOT WAS CUT OPEN and it was BLEEDING. Where could he have been that there was something sharp enough to cut open his foot?! They said it was IN HIS ROOM! There was something sharp enough to cut his paw in his room!! Plus, they wouldn't let us back to the room to see where it could have happened because "it's a liability" yeah it's a liability to leave your dog there!! I paid just so I could get my dog back but I will be calling and complaining because this is BS. The person trying to "help" us started crying when we started pressing for answers on how our baby could have gotten injured. We are livid and expect better answers then asking US what happened. Don't take your pets here if you care for their safety.
