I purchased a radiator for my 1997 Lincoln town car went to install it in the wrong nipples for the transmission lines were on the radiator. I contacted them and they sent me a listing saying that I needed to sand down or shave down my transmission lines fortunately, for myself, I know better than that. I’ve worked on cars my whole life, and they gave me the wrong fittings so I proceeded to purchase the proper fittings without shaving lines They need to understand the proper fittings that go with each transmission. This is what they sent me. I also sent them pictures and have them yet to receive a response

This is the best radiator repair shop in town! Knowledgeable staff that cares, I highly recommend their products! You get great quality items at reasonable prices. I believe they are the only ones left that run it like a real family owned shop! They actually pull the parts out to inspect before letting the items go. They endure you get the correct part the first time around on the new items and on the repair side they explain before they start the job! Fast Eddie has been a reputable member of the community for as long as I can remember.

Performance Radiator is a great place to go to buy radiators. They can fix the older radiators, or they have the newer ones in stock. GREAT PRODUCTS!

If I could put less then 1 star I would. Just purchased a Radiator from them for my daughters 2003 Honda Civic. Original OEM radiator went out and replaced with what they recommended. With in 3 months it was swollen at the top and leaking.. Unfortunately I did not have my receipt and there is no record on file for general public purchases. They said there is nothing they can do and when I explained the issue. They instantly said is was not a defect and there is something wrong with my vehicle to cause the radiator to swell. So even if I find the receipt it sounds like something they will not cover anyways.Even if I find the receipt I would not go back to this business and I am sure they don't really mind. I guess it takes a loss sometimes to find out who not to do business with .
