I rode to penny pinchers from the far east valley ( and it started pouring down rain) so I called in advance for a price and availability. I was told the wrong price but it was still cheaper then an auto parts store (Amazon was 1/2) but continued to check out and waited in the ridiculously long line only to be told in order for me to use my credit card I needed a photo ID. I of course didn't have it on me. I can't remember the last time I was asked for my ID for a credit card purchase. Not their fault but frustrating situation and a long ride home with no part

Don't buy this junk, you're wasting your money.
Bought a headlight switch, it failed in less than 10 minutes, I replaced it with a junkyard switch and still going
Got a water pump for the same vehicle, waterpump failed in less than 200 miles.
Stay far away from this business they sell trash

This is not a good place to trust they recently charged me for a part took the money off my card then Id me and when I didn't have my id they told me to come back with my id and my receipt and they would give me the part that I paid for already,so the next day when I did they told me they had refunded me the money with they have not done and I can show where my card has not been refunded and they just keep changing how many days it takes to be refunded first they said it be refunded by today,witch I was in there last week on Tuesday. And today when I still wasn't refunded they say now it will take until friday,its very unprofessional company and clearly don't mean what they say to their customers,they have been very rude through the hole process it has been very inconvenient and I will never return to this business for anything ever again.

Great place to shop & parts are always in stock!! I have noticed the prices keep going up. I've been buying parts from penny pincher since they opened in 1978. I still shop here and always will. Recommended times to shop are NOT at time of closing!!!

In the end I got my part, but communication is a must or ask questions, went to pick a part tat my sister order they said I can’t pick it up she has too, called her right there and then and she told them and they still didn’t wanna budge or ask for guidance, I eventually asked for the manager and he remembers ok the pick up and I got the part

They were already closed and allowed me to come in and gwr my part since I drove from east mesa. I really appreciate the customer service everyone there presented and helped me when they had already closed. I recommend you to everyone!!

It could be very busy most of the time, and some of the employees' services can be rude and irritating with you, and always check your order number and definitely make sure what you are buying matches your make and model of your vehicle you are repairing. It could be a waiting time, and it could be frustrating for those who do not have patience, so bring a snack or a drink to calm you down a bit. But other than that, penny pincher prices aren't that bad compared to their competitors. Good luck, everyone
