I’ve done a loan using my MacBook a few times. I needed to extend the loan and paid through the app on Aug 11 and it told me I had until Nov 11th. I even double checked in October but come Nov 6th my laptop was no longer showing as my pawn it was no longer there and as of Oct 26th it was closed.

I tried to buy the Audi i7 or whatnot while back, they wanted over 2k it. Weather rotten, back window blown out, rag top oldie, and say for yrs. Not work the fixing. I have cash and the wouldn't drop the price. Not recommend pawn.

I was looking for a particular item somebody told me to check there because apparently they had just got a whole bunch of new ones save me a lot of money by going there instead of the retail store staff was absolutely amazing.

Good service but accidentally left my bag there and when i came back to get it barely an hour later they had gone through my bag without permission and the bigger guy was questioning me about the contents. This was a violation of my privacy and overall a rude thing to do, they should have just set the bag aside and not gone through it.

I have visited this location many times to both pawn and purchase items. This store is run by some of the best employees in the business. They take care of there customers and always greet you with a smile. There prices are fair and honest. I haven't found another shop yet that can stand up to the quality service they provide.

Where to start , YAS AND CRISTIANO were amazing , the customer service at this location is on a whole other level. They always have a smile on their face and always trying their hardest to make sure the customer leaves happy. If anyone is any Phoenix and there looking to pawn or purchase something stop by pawn 1st on 27th and Glendale you won’t be disappointed. I normally don’t write reviews ( it takes a lot of time ) but I had to today . Because there’s not to many people like this in the industry. Thanks again guys for your help. A+ service. I will be back and will spread the word to all my friends and family.
