I am more than disappointed in this pawn shop. Had one of the worst experiences of my life today. I came in with three rings two of the three were real and the two that were real had real diamond in them as well 10k each ring and they tried to offer me $135 for both. I am very familiar with pricing on jewelry and I knew as a fact they were offering me way too little. To top it off they tried to keep one of the three rings and only returning 2 of them. Thankfully I realized it before I left their property. When asked about the ring they tried to play it off like oh yeah it’s still back here we didn’t notice. Right. I proceeded to go to another pawn shop and was offered $300 more than twice the amount first pawn offered. The employee was very rude when I called him out on that being a low offer then proceeded to tell me yeah well good luck finding someone else to offer more, as I was leaving. I do not and I repeat DO NOT recommend this pawn shop to anyone. Nothing but scammers and thieves.

Asked to see a few designer items and I asked the staff about the authenticity of these items. They said they could not verify authenticity, nor were they willing to accept the return of the item if I took it to the said item branded store for proof of authenticity. If they are not able or willing to verify authenticity of the items then why sell them? You’re a huge corporation and can’t afford to verify designer items? Ridiculous.

The customer service they have here is beyond pathetic. A worker looked at my phone and before he could even get the second opinion some lady who never greeted me when I walked in, and kept her head in a laptop the whole time, immediately told him no on the iPhone. I will never be back at this place if that’s how the customers are treated.

Best pawn shop to go to My computer was still have a the old user name on it called them they couldn’t fix it so they replaced it with a different one which was a 13 dollar fee but this time it worked so Thanks You for your service!!!

Usually Pawn!st is a great place to get a fare loan on expensive items. I went to pickup a guitar I 'hawk'd' I were going to pay with debit and the man that had helped me said we only take cash? "I said why? since when" he claimed something about the computers being something? Patriots! never go do your business at Pawn!st. Owner seems like theft to me you'd better check it out your employees. And my guitar's pickguard is damaged? Zero star!

I bought an accordion I took out the day before Christmas Eve. To give him on his birthday on 4 January. he goes to play it, and it’s making a noise it’s not supposed to be making. I called and asked if there’s anything they can do switch it out or if they know how to fix it they said no after 24 hours they can’t take it back or won’t take it back, but when buying it, they never mention that fact, so It’s not their problem now. they sold me a $500 accordion that does not work.
