Worst experience ever, I sincerely regret having ever given these guys any of my time or money. They initially told me to bring my lamp in, after they determined that to be the problem w/ my DLP TV, based on my description of the problems I was having. My understanding was that I would bring them my lamp, and they would sell me a new, working one. The lamp I got from them did not work, so when I went back to their store (which was 45 miles away, mind you) they swapped out that lamp with a second new one, which also did not work. After some research I found that my problem was most likely the ballast.. So I again went back to return the second lamp, and ended up walking out of there with no lamp at all, and gave them almost $50 in restock fees. The item cost just over $100, making that almost a 50% restock fee on an item that is not something they have to special order or something... Reported to BBB Today. After calling yesterday, trying to get this issue resolved. Upon writing a genuinely polite email, wanting to confirm with the manager that the way I was handled and treated is their standard operating procedure, and to my dismay, it was! I was quickly met with very harsh criticism from the same man that I had seen in my previous journeys out to the store. He told me that I should have known better, and known how they operate in disposing of old lamps within three days of getting them. Bottom line: I walked in there with what was in all likelihood a functioning lamp, and walked out with no lamp, and $50 less than I originally had. Any business with integrity would know that that is not acceptable.

My experience with this place was nice I was tired of renting Redbox movies so I decided to go check out the Ott TV box now that is great I knew nothing about it someone had recommended me to go get one there at a reasonable price and I'm saving lot of money from having to go to Redbox there were no extra fees when I got this box to watch all the movies I want it even has movies that are in theaters now but I recommend that if you go to this place you have some patience he is a very nice man but he is really informational he likes to talk about his product and how it works he will show you how it works he's just trying to be nice he is a OG salesman he even has some really nice TVs for sale so if you're looking for something reasonably priced for any Electronics go there nice people

I went to this shop and bought a new lamp for my 62 in. Samsung DLP. I and also gave them my lamp, which they said is a requirement. The new lamp wouldn't work, after multiple tries. To make a long story short, I returned the new lamp for another one of the same type, which also didn't work. Between new lamp #1 and new lamp #2, I called the shop, asking questions, and he told me to take off the back panel and take pictures, and email them to him. I never got a response. I also want to make it known that before writing this review, I wrote a detailed email to the shop, explaining how they had treated me and now I felt about it, and they never responded to that email, either. After new lamp #2 didn't work, I called the shop again to see where to go from there. Realizing that each item I'd bought was never actually being used, the technician confirmed to me that my restock fee would be waived, which I was very appreciative of. I told them how I lived in Gilbert, and each trip to their shop was roughly 90 miles/two hours round trip, so I was very grateful. When I finally realized this lamp can't possibly be the problem, I did some more research online and found out that just because the TV's manual says 3 flashing lights = bad lamp, it can actually be the ballast, but since the lamp isn't coming on, the TV thinks the lamp the problem.. So it actually wrongly diagnoses a bad ballast as a bad lamp. So I go back out to the shop for the 3rd time, and was very unhappily surprised when I DID get charged a restock fee of almost $50. When I asked about it, he said I was given a waived restock fee TIME FRAME, since apparently their policies say you have x amount of days to return a purchase, and anything past that time frame, you can only get store credit back. This is NOT what was said in our conversations. Now I was getting back about $73 on a $120 purchase. On top of that, when I asked about my lamp that I initially brought in to them, they didn't have it anymore. So, all in all, I walked into their shop one day, with $50 and a lamp that still worked, and when I walked out on my last visit, they now had my $50, and my lamp. So now if I want to fix the TV, I need a new ballast AND lamp. As it stands now, this isn't a shop I would ever recommend to anyone, under any circumstances, ever. In fact their practices probably warrant a phone call to the BBB. All I am asking is that they make this situation right. If they do, I will gladly re-write this review.

Called to find a very weird capacitor and they did not have it but offered a couple substitutions. Recommended that we don't stray too far from the value, but had two which were close. Very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Friendly and knowledgable. Had my Samsung DLP lamp in stock and provided a better warranty than anyone else. Price was right and this was the only shop I could find open after 1pm on Saturday. I highly recommend this place. I will return for all my future electronic needs.

Purchased a new bulb from this company 6mos ago, the new bulb just blew again. what a rip off. I was told I have a 1year warranty when I purchased it. Now they're telling me its a pro-rated warranty. I'm taking my business else where!

Great store! Great experience! Very happy customers that will be back time and time again! If the great service and prices aren't enough, it is located right down the street from home. Perfect! It is located next to My Mothers Restaurant on the Northwest corner of 19th ave and Indian School. Right when we walked in I knew we were int eh right place. The store looks like it has been in that place for over 50 years, stuff everywhere, but I am sure it is a controlled caose. And in fact the store has been there for a very long time, as the owner explained to us. Owned by his dad in the 50s. he grew up working for his father int he store and then took over the family business when his dad retired in the 80s I believe. Very nice guy! We needed a new DLP lamp for our television, and he had just what we needed, and at the best price in town. W will surely be back in the future for other part and/or to purchase on of the many TVs they have for sale in the front of the store. Please check them out, it is hard to find a good'ol family owned store these days. They put their blood sweat and lives into this place, and it shows! Thanks so much for a great experience!

I am no techie, in fact a rather un-handyman but thanks to internet research and Parts Electronics I was able to self-repair my old HDTV that would have cost me $75 to have removed as scrap (it weighs 276lbs). Parts did the soldering job in under two hours. Below is my 10/6/2008 post on www.HDTVoice.com ...it is still working fine! "Thank you LJS Law and everyone! I have no skills but was able to pull the DM Module and had a shop replace the capacitors for $57.19. My Mitsubishi WS55859 now works perfectly. Mitshubish no longer manufactures the DM Module and it is no longer available through Sears or anywhere I tried. Two shops (Romano's and Affordable) in Scottsdale estimated repair at between $400 and $800, both said the internet fix was bull**** . Both shops were grumpy and Affordable was downright rude when I inquired about just switching out the capacitors. The soldering job was done at Parts Electronics 4126 N. 19th Ave., Phoenix, and they also supplied the capacitors for a total, with tax, of $57.19. Capitol Electronics Supply, 2105 W. McDowell, Phoenix, also has the seven 16V capacitors for a total of $14.78, including tax. Thanks to you guys and Parts Electronics my wife thinks I'm a hero."
