Friendly and very helpful staff, they helped me find a serpentine belt that autozone and o Reilly's couldn't find. And we ended up going one by one until we found the proper size for my car. They are definitely committed to their customers.

Dave From Apex Automotive - After so many repeated problems and so much attitude from counter staff, I've revised my previous review down to 1 star.I now AVOID PARTS AUTHORITY altogether; and, I have instructed my staff to cease buying from this company. For over a year, this company has not able to deliver a single part to my shop after a single telephone call or a single computer click.Rather, EVERY ORDER IS STOPPED FROM DELIVERY because a note on the account that advises the account is COD. This ambiguous note SHOULD MEAN that I will pay for the part (with a check) when it arrives. In actual practice this note results in confusion to the staff; then, the order gets stopped indefinitely and follow-up is required. I honestly think they sit around waiting on somebody from my shop to call back and pay for it with a credit card....then they stopped taking cards over the phone...so literally, NO PARTS EVER GET DELIVERED WITHOUT MULTIPLE CALLS TO REMIND THEM I ALWAYS PAY COD...WITH A CHECK...AT DELIVERY...so, no parts ever get delivered. As an organization, Parts Authority is defensive. It is frustrating to me that they can't even wrap their minds around the problem; much less, imagine a solution. Removing the COD note seems like a good place to start; but no.PARTS AUTHORITY, each and every month I buy $5000.00 worth of aftermarket parts from your competitors; but; I refuse to buy parts from you. Good luck with your long term business plan.

Been a customer at this store for nearly twenty years, back when they were BAP. You have two choices: speak to Jose and get the exact part you need, or speak to anyone else and take your chances with someone who's anxious to get back to browsing his cellphone. Jose is the man, timely and professional. When he briefly left, the store suffered.

I called needing an alternator for my car. The sales rep asked for info and I stated I would call him back with that information. when I called back he needed an amp size, to which I couldn't give him. He then told me to call the dealer with my vin number instead of helping me.

I will have to give major props to Parts Authority.. Moment of Silence for BAP. So after the 4th year of ownership of our 09' CR-V, It was time for a battery after it slowly died Friday. So I did my usual call the 24 hour parts stores and surprised and how much lead and acid battery and was surprised to find out prices ranged as high as $289 and sadly as low as $119.99. So I call Parts Authority the next morning and was blown away at $89.05 and I said I would be there before they closed. So I finished lunch and got to removing the dead (done and out in 3 minutes) and packed in the wife's CR-V and we were off. Arrived at 3:51pm placed the dead on the counter and asked If they pulled the 51R battery I just called about. The fanned out AND fourty seconds later from behind me a young man placed new Excide 51RC on the counter beside me. So they started the process List price was $190.00 scanned new Battery 92.10 Scanned Core charge of 19.00 And after discount 73.10 After Tax $79.39 Installed new battery in 5 and spray coated Secured heat cover Battery Tie Down Fired it up and was surprised My Honda started as fast as my wife's 11' CR-V Odd how a new battery gives so much life. So I asked the guys who do I need to get a parts list to. Amazon has great prices But I won't have to wait 2 to 5 days. If you are a do it yourself er like myself. The joint is not much to look at the prices are worth your time. More reviews to follow

Very pleased by this location. The men behind the counter got me exactly what I needed and shipped in very quickly and when your working on a vehicle that is over 50 years old it's hard to find some gaskets and things. They nailed it perfectly first try. Can't say the same for there competition that took them ordering it 4 different fuel pumps before they got it right and they had mine sitting in front of them to look at! Lol. These guys have a new customer.
