This place is terrible to live in people selling drugs lots of homeless here I do NOT recommend anyone to live here. When you getting Harassed by a neighbor and you complaint to the office they absolutely do Nothing about it they let the situation goes on and on until the police gets involved. I live in here and besides it being affordable that is the only good thing they don't work with you if you have any kind of issues they have no leeway in their policy like if you have up until the 4th to pay your rent before it's late and they are closed on the 4th will that Monday when they open on the 5th you will have to pay a late fee now if ands or buts about it there's no security so being a single father with a 12-year-old daughter I have to be vigilant on everything and I can keep going on and on

Live in the area. This Section 8 apartment complex has a lot of thugs and dangerous people. The helicopters/police are out there almost daily, couples fighting like cats and dogs, people throwing their garbage on the street, shootings it just never ends there. As sad as it is to say I hope the city closes it down because they don’t seem to vet people moving there and just letting criminals move in left and right. This complex makes the entire neighborhood feel ghetto and unsafe. Hope they figure out something

This place is very unprofessional they made me jump through hoops for my application then gave me a move in date them called me a week later saying I made to much to move in. I asked for my deposit back and they said they would mail it after I explained to them that I was homeless and wouldn't able to receive it I. The mail the lady said she would give me a call back about my deposit and never returned my calls. I still haven't gotten my money back

Don't move here if you can help it. It's dangerous. Shootings, break-ins, and people openly selling drugs. Management does nothing. Even when provided with video evidence. Laundry rooms are disgusting and full of homeless and druggies. DO NOT MOVE HERE! NOT SAFE!

Horrible! Cam properties is moving in trash! Bring D&M back. Ever since CAM took over there's been 2 shooting here a parking structure set on fire. Vehicles being broken into. Take drive thru the complex. And they have restricted dog breeds. Yet you'll see people walking pitbulls thru out the property. Some on leashes

Nicky the front office is a complete useless incompetent part of the staff, making statements that I’m not in the lease but when I asked her to check the lease she couldn’t , so how did she know I wasn’t in it? She’s guessing like the unprofessional incompetent person that she is, hope she gets replaced ASAP. Will make sure to tell corporate. What an impolite unprofessional c u next Thursday.Horrible they never fix anything.

This new management sucks, they don’t do anything, so if you have any issues don’t expect them to solve it for you. Dunlap and Magee should come back. Cam properties doesn’t get things done.

They don't return calls. They can't keep track of maintenance. My a/c was supposed to be repaired today. They left the office without even calling to let me know it wasn't getting fixed today. They definitely don't give a ....

Bring back Dunlap and Magee CAM properties is horrible. I called called the office before they closed to let them know my AC was out and I was told someone would be over to look at it / fix it. It’s now almost 7pm and 113 degrees outside and about 90 degrees inside my apartment. So I called the emergency maintenance and the person that called me back only speaks Spanish and I only speak English. The AC should have been at the very least been looked at before everyone went home.

They should not say based on your income if you have to make a certain amount before you get the apartment my understanding if your going by my income then thats what it is 30% of my income hmm sounds like they are making up there own rules that's not cool or professional

Dunlap and Magee was a much better management company as they did at least acknowledge your maintenance request and call almost immediately to inform you of a technician being dispatched. Cam properties management is the worst management company ever and will give you excuses that they do not have enough staff to accommodate your request and that it is not considered an emergency if you do not have A/C in 90 degree heat.Update: I originally posted this 3 days ago and no one had ever even gave us a call back regarding our request that we fixed it ourselves.
