Honestly? Not even sure these guys are open anymore. Our service went down a week ago. We haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at their office. We've left message and sent emails. Of course this isn't the first time we've been unable to get in touch with them. Last year we had a problem. It took almost 2 weeks to get a call back. That is insane. You guys need to figure some things out.

STAY AWAY from PagePlus!!! It is NOT a legit business. Just a very rude, creepy man behind a phone. There are several more respectable and SAFER places you can go to.

I have never experienced worse customer service. The man I talked to on the phone said “why don’t you google it” and hung up on me when I asked where I could get a phone supported by this carrier. Unbelievable.

Use ANYONE else!! This is the shadiest company ever!! Owner has major anger issues, screams at customers violently. They do not provide the service you PAY FOR!! Run far far away from any business this man is involved in!!

STAY AWAY!! If I could give them ZERO starts, I would. This is the worst customer service ever! We use this company for true emergency pagers. I was screamed at by a very angry man for calling regarding THEIR malfunctioning pager that we are PAYING FOR. Called me stupid, then says "you listen up lady, if you want my help, this is how it's going to go". What a j**** Then he just hangs up on me. Will find a new service immediately and dump this company.

I gotta say, they only use Verizon phones with clean ESN's, & Verizon Towers. They are month 2 month, cheaper & work where tmobile & at&t dont, I've traveled a lots back roads in America. 10+ years as a customer.

Wow... what a horrible service.. do yourself a favor and stand clear, the person that answers the phone is extremely rude, he hangs up the phone on you. I was simply asking for some sort of understanding on how it is that he has a final bill for service that was paid at 1yr at time, and it cancels after if we choose not to renew. This was his final words before he hung up on me.. "Its your bill, have a good dal pal... click" lol.. the balance is only $15.95. Enjoy your dying pager business.

my company used page plus for seven years and they are awful people. we tried to cancel service with them due to death of an owner and no longer needing their services, they ignored our cancellation notice that was sent to them in writing, continued to bill us even though we were no longer using their service, then told us we had to pay anyways or they would send us to collections. when my supervisor called to discuss this with them they cursed her out and told her that we work for a s**t company. the man at page plus that answers the phone is mean and vengeful if you cancel service with them. he will act like it never happened and continue to bill you, then curse you out if you bring it to his attention. i've never had a worse customer service experience in my life.

Purchased items from ebay that were not as described. Asked for a refund and they said they would charge me the "free shipping" and a 20% re-stocking fee which is not disclosed on their site. Buyer beware.
