Service is amazing. I called for a refill at my home and they were there within 30 minutes the same day. There are some tanks we have far back in the yard that are difficult to get to but Gilbert figured out a way to reach them over the fence. Super impressed with the efficiency of this company.

We needed some propane for our fireplace. I was expecting to wait at least a week. I called Pacific Coast Propane and they came out the same day. If you look customer service in the dictionary you would see both Gilbert and Paul's faces. It was refreshing to have a business make you feel cared for. I will recommend Pacific Coast to Everyone. To Gilbert and Paul's bosses they deserve a raise. Sincerely, TJK

Victor is the best! He takes care of the company I work for in Phoenix. I know I can count on seeing Victor every 3 weeks to fill my propane tanks. Quick and efficient and alway with a joke & a smile! Gracias amigo!

I ran into a problem with a propane tank and they solved it! 5 stars is the least I can do for these persons. Don't run into this kind of service very often anymore.

When we first moved into our house we had a gas leak. It was winter and we had little ones. It was a mess with a bad tanks (we have a house and a casita) and a bad water heater. I tried to find someone to help us but kept being pushed off. Nobody cared that we needed help. When I called Pacific Coast Propane, they swooped in like angles and saved us. Working with our construction people often late into the night in the cold to set us up with tanks that worked and were safe then filled them up so we could stay warm and have hot showers. They are not only a reliable service but they honestly care about the people they serve. Its hard to find truly dedicated people who treat customers like members of their community, not just like sales marks. I feel safe knowing they are keeping my tanks full and safe for us.

If you want gas service, stop using anyone else and contact Pacific Coast Propane in Phoenix. Another vendor of nationwide status could not tell me when my pre-ordered refill would be accomplished. Just an estimate of "sometime in the next 3 weeks". This type of behavior on their part occurred several time over the past several years and led to me finally changing vendors. I contacted PCP via Yelp on a Sunday, and got an immediate reply. Tina from Phoenix was fantastic. I got service the next day. Stop using anyone else, and contact them if you need service.

I found Pacific Coast Propane on Yelp after using another service for six months and needing emergency service. Our water heater stopped working and we realized that we ran out of our underground propane gas. The company we had been using told us they would have to fill and red tag our tank the next day and then come back again the following day for a service call. Since they could not help us and we would be out of gas for two days, I called Pacific Coast and they were able to come out the next day to do both tasks. Tina, who answered the phone, was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure we were scheduled asap. I was so thankful she understood our need for urgency. I was very impressed with Mike, who arrived first thing in the morning for our service check. He was extremely informative and took the time to ensure all of our questions were answered. After finding no leaks, we were told the gas fill would arrive later that day and within hours our tank was filled as promised. It is rare that you find a company that seems to hit the mark on every level but this company did just that and I am so thankful for their exemplary service during a stressful time.

PCP came out and did a full inspection before filling my existing 120lb tank. I would happily paid for this inspection, considering it's propane. Ye know, propane can go boom! I'm very grateful the inspection was free. No hassles, no lying. They did everything they said they would at the times we agreed to. Inspector and driver were very professional and helpful. Great company.

We were freezing because AmeriGas has been slow and neglectful. Gloria and Mike came out within 24 hours to get us up and running! We have heat! Thanks to them for their prompt professionalism and compassion.

Fantastic team of people working this company! We were completely out of propane for our house and needed someone to come asap. The company we had been using didn't care and were 5 days out before they would "be back in our area". PCP made the effort to go out of their way and get to us THE SAME DAY! They also set me up with a monitor so we don't run out again. I highly recommend them.

Gloria and her team are amazing. They quickly addressed my needs and immediately arrived on site to get the pool heated for my incoming in-laws. They definitely help me avoid a disaster lol. Their professionalism is only surpassed by their courtesy and punctuality. Definitely a recommend from me.

They Are open to the public. My go to spot to fill my propane tanks. Cheapest in the area and excellent fast service. Hours changed 7am-4pm. M-F.
