Stopped by Oreily to get my battery tested because my car seemed like it was having issues starting up. Went here the first time and the guy who tested my batter said that it was fine and no issues at all. I noticed the issues continued so I went back about a week later and another guy who tested my battery said that the battery was fine but needed to be charged. He then went on to say that they can't take out the battery and charge it that I would personally have to take out the battery myself and that it would take an hour to charge. Wasn't able to do that. Later that day I called AAA and they did a battery test and turns out the health of my car battery was at basically 0%. I don't know what type of technology they are using here but it's clearly not reliable at all and could really end up screwing people over. Would not recommend taking your car here.

Been having a rough day with my Rangers transmission, it's got 200,000 miles and the problems keep coming. But anyways, I was in a bind and Danny one of the workers really helped me get what I needed to get me on the road. Thanks a lot bro like on a personal level it really helped me out having someone give a dang. Thanks man ?

Saul on 8/13 said that they don’t install batteries because it’s “too hot out” and it’s only done as a “courtesy”. Yet on O’Riley website it says they offer it with purchase of a new battery. Went right next door to Auto zone and they were happy to help me even though they were 2x as busy.

To the store manager, Totally bad went in two different times got told two different prices and because the second was way better made sure we were talking about the same part so he said Yes paid the Xtra for fast delivery didn't pickup the Day of delivery it was the next day Friday I was told it would be in store on Thursday at 9:30 am came in asked for part they went looking for it couldn't find it and told me if we had it here we would of called my receipt says her by Thursday I didn't receive a call it was here or call letting me know it wasn't then I just leave ....come in on Sunday still no call so went in again the third time still can't find it and was told its not there fault I of course say it's not my fault either they looked for a half hour then came out and said we could just give you your money back it not here,so I guess I'll just go to another store hopefully I don't have any problems with my order.... Please explain be honest with your customers the first time I probably wouldn't be as disappointed as I was I would've probably reordered it and been a happy camper. I asked for the Store Managers number as well I didn't get it Thanks for a Good experience.

I was originally planning to go to autozone but i saw o reilys so i decided to stop here instead. I purchased a gas cap at this store and this product was actually cheaper than autozone online price for the item. I got assistance at this store right away, without any wait compared to autozone where i tend to always have to wait to get assistance.

I got help today from some lady there But she was on to make sure that I understood that she was not there to help you .only to take the order. Because when I ask for advice she said that she cannot recommend anythand and she was not making trips on vain so make sure that I got is What I wanted right away cause she was not gonna be walking back and forward. ..I understand that these things are standard but there is a way to say things. Without being rude if you don't like to be in a customer service please do not be on the front counter... this is my first experience with this company about something like this.. trust me wen i left after the lady sermon i felt like i did something really wrong... and as a customer that im spending my F. Money on it i should felt like this .
