I’m getting too old, and I can’t keep up with the way things work now. You see when I worked in retail and the store closed at 10 o’clock we didn’t get to lock the door and close the metal shutters and turn off the lights until after 10 o’clock.I always forget that work is so hard for this generation, and they deserve to call it quits a little early after all, they are breaking their backs and sweating all day in the air-conditioned inside of a building and it’s hard work.I would give one star, but I don’t want anybody to have a panic attack or maybe get sad. I mean I relate. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked at that door and thought I really want to just close up and go home early natural. I’m just surprised they’re allowed to.

The customer service here was amazing, as soon as I walked in and told them what I needed they were right on top of it. I needed to know why my car engine light was on, which thankfully is a service they provide for free. They quickly ran the codes and told me what the problem could be and how to fix it. The employees were both very funny, friendly, and helpful. From now on, if something is wrong with my car I will be going here to check it first.

Skipping oreillys for auto zone now. In 10 years I've never had a problem with them checking codes and clearing codes after I've done repairs, but today I was told they aren't allowed to clear codes. So how does someone that repairs their own cars clear codes without the little adaptor and when they've done it over 10 years? But got it handled at auto zone. Thanks auto zone....I mean O'Reilly.

Juan Perez was spot on. I was told by Advanced Autoparts it was my O2 sensor but he told me two issues it could be and buying the part would be a waste of money. Found out it was a bad wire. Any issues you have he is the guy to go to. I pray god continue to bless him. Thank you for saving this lady 300.00 in car repairs.
