This Oreilleys is one of the worst I have been to. Matthew helped us a few days ago. We had a warranty for rear brakes that he found in the system after an hour of searching. Took off the brakes and brought them in. Turns out he was wrong. The warranty he found was for the front brakes not the rear. He did not do his checking right. So we took off the wrong brakes for nothing. Then when we looked to find the warranty for rear brakes, he couldn’t find it. He told us he couldn’t search other stores’ warranty. Which we found out was false. He just doesn’t know what he is doing. Then the manager came out and he told his he would help and he did not. He went to help another customer instead of us. He told us to write down our number and he would call. But he never did. Very disappointing. Please train your employees to look, then double check, before telling the customer the wrong information and waste time.

We love O Reillys because they have great customer service and always offer help if I don't understand something. Often, I just need an area of my engine pointed to with some guidance and I can figure it out from there.

If I could give an F minus and no star, I definitely would as an avid customer at O’Reilly auto parts, and having family that works within the company. I am absolutely astonished at how one manager can be so lazy, heartless, and treat people as though they are beneath, unfortunately, didn’t get the managers name but this happened 3:33 PM on Valentine’s Day .I pray, God will soften her heart and be a better leader . I will never come back

Bought a part. Turned out it was the wrong part when it came to installation. When I try to return it, the manager refused to give me a refund in cash as it was paid.She said they are not even allowed to carry $80 cash in the store.- forced me to go to a different location transfer the item, just to be able to return it.( lied about calling that store & them knowing I am coming)This Store has no money, probably because the manager Melissa is rude and unintelligent, has a lack of management skills.She said people are usually OK with what she tells them to do.I guess I am not everybody else.

Had an alternator tested. Their testing equipment is very good. He answered all of my questions and removed any doubts about the part.being tested.
