I usually go to autozone, but they've leg me down constantly regarding the staff lack of knowledge of car parts. So I tried O'Reilly instead. SO MUCH BETTER! The staff can actually recommend parts of specific cars, and know the difference between parts. Lol

Very friendly and helpful service. The nice lady behind the counter actually walked outside with me with her scanner and helped me try to diagnose my car problem.

Jacqueline Hall just finished helping me with a problem on my car.I needed a new gas cap as my check engine light was on. I had not tightened the cap fully & caused the problem. She was so helpful, patient & knew exactly what the problem was. I can't thank her enough for the help, patience & understanding. She's the best!

I’m writing a review for the STORE MANAGER I think his name was Michael if I’m not mistaken. He’s very observant, generous with very great customer service. It was a situation with one of the employees who works there on 1/12/24 who was rude to me, but… he handled the matter very well, he also apologized for his employee behavior. That’s why this review gets 5 stars.

Emissions testing was giving me a hard time because my DLC portal was missing a screw… I went to Oreilys on 83rd Ave & Lower Buckeye where a nice gentleman named Christian was so helpful and courteous in resolving my issue… thank you Orileys for hiring such an honest down to earth employee…very much appreciated!
