My battery died about a half mile from the store. I walked to O' Reilly and bought a new battery wondering how I would get it back to my car. An employee, Robert gave me a ride back to my car with the new battery and loaned me the tools to install it. Thanks Robert.

Young girl on Sunday said my battery was don’t stocked anywhere. Not even the warehouse. I called another location and they had one in stock.

Usally the employees are friendly and helpful but on my last visit they actually could have cared less that they had any customers or business. Sad thing is there is a Auto Zone right next door and I went there to get items not on the shelves of Oreillys , they had them on the shelves at Auto Zone and they were absolutely thankful for the business. Looks like the new go to place for parts will be Auto Zone

I asked them to install a new battery because it's hot out and I didn't wanna do it, $22 well spent, right? ... right?Nope! Now I'm driving home to fix my subwoofer... cool, thanks guys

It is a parts store. Got what you need. Service is usually solid. Helpful when you are trying to narrow down wheat you need.
