Darius and T at the O"Reilly's Auto Parts on 3107 Indian School, Phx, store #2642, are GREAT! Both are really helpful, and when both my lowlights went out at the same time, hindering my ability to drive at night, they were my saving grace. Both are very nice, with excellent customer service skills. Darius even went above and beyond, and switched out my bulbs for me. I can drive at night now... yay!! Thanks Darius and T!!

Wonderful service! I hope I am spelling his name correctly:
Darayius was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my mom with her vehicle. My family visits this location often and we are extremely happy everytime we are helped by Darayius. He always greets us with a big smile and positive attitude. Post-covid it is almost rare to receive great customer service. But we commend this young man for his stellar service every time.
Additionally, another gentleman, Erubrul, offered his translation services to help my mom comnunicate her vehicle needs and aided Darayius in letting her know what her car needed. Thank you again for all your help guys!

Only had 1 small problem. I was getting new windshield wipers, and the book used for reference was 5 isles over from the wipers... I took a pic of course! Everything else was great.

Use to be such a good store lately bad aditudes and excuse came to pick up a order today and was not ready usually call me to tell have to get parts from warehouse nothing wasted my time stopping by had a employee tell me not to come back again wow that's the way they how they talk to commercial accounts rude

Pulled up to get my battery checked because I could tell it was probably ready to be swapped out. The guy asked me to pop my hood and lift it myself, then 'hooked up the tester' and proceeded to hover over the reader and said 'uhh your battery is probably okay and just drive around for a FEW HOURS and then if it's still weird then come back tomorrow and we'll change it for you' .... Meaning he either couldn't get a read or it was bad and didn't want to change it. I then went to the next closest O'reillys and ask them to check and what do you know, they couldn't get a reading on it so they helped me clean it off and then said that the battery was definitely ready to be replaced so I went ahead and had them do it which I was thankful for, but also frustrated that I knew the location on Indian School didn't get a reading and even if they had, weren't willing to install it for me or take the $200+ I spent at the other location plus the $20 i have to the guy who helped install it and let me watch how to. Beware of this location if you need anything other than a cashier!

Came in on a Saturday night, empty parking lot, empty store, 2 employees sitting and chatting by register Laura was the cashier that help us, she threw away the receipt without asking if we need one or not, was not even offered a bag for my items just expected to carry them on my hands. Treating customers like they’re annoying you is plain wrong, that’s why you’re there to help so don’t get annoy when you have a customer. I had 0 questions I just wanted to get checked out but your employees act like customers are annoyances just by showing up. I should have stopped at Autozone.
