I have a battery service and we Use o'reilly as one of our battery suppliers
I was requesting the check if they have a specific battery in stock. They were telling me they cannot look up Any battery Biggers and group size 35 and I will need to look for It myself. After I found a battery, it was a year and a 1/2 old. I told them to check the charge. And they told me that is impossible with their equipment And even if they do test it, it will damage the battery and effect the surface charge ( Complete nonsense. I have been doing batteries for ten years). And I will need to install the battery in the vehicle and if there's any problem, bring it back for warranty
I told the skinny hispanic guy that that is Doesn't make any sense you just randomly nodding, his head and walked away
The employee had his shirt completely unbuttoned and did not look presentable at any way
We will not be buying batteries at this location ! Unprofessional

The shorter and thinner Hispanic man who wears an oversized shirt was absolutely rude. Sorry but that’s the only way I can Identify him because I didn’t catch his name. Also because he was no help but I asked him to run diagnostics on my car and that my engine light just had gone off but I’ve been having problems with it. He preceded to tell me that it would show error. I asked him to do it anyway, he pulled off the sensor I already had and didn’t even put it back when he was done. Walked off without answering my question I presented to him. Then what do you know, there was something that popped up on the test because I had a feeling it would. He threw the paper at me, because he was mad that he was wrong. He was no help at all. I know some people have bad days but you don’t need to be rude to paying customers, who just need help and aren’t being rude to you. He was no help at all and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this at an O’Reillys and I’m a FREQUENT customer. Even his coworker looked at me with the stress on his face because of how he treated me.

Manager Hugo was awesome! I went in to replace a fuse, which wasn't needed. Hugo knew right away what I needed and went above and beyond to replace the bulb for me!! Great customer service!!

I called twice and each time they put me on hold for 10 minutes than hung up. I had to drive there to get my question answered.

Good and fast service. Went in late night as my battery suddenly stopped working and the workers were very informative and quick with getting me a new battery and installing it for me ! Warranty was also added with no problems.

This are the worst of worst worst I bought some lifetime warranty cards when I went to exchange my parts they rob my money and did not warrantee the part that location 32nd St. and Indian school their manager general manager whatever

The two closers help change my battery, Keven & the other gentleman are extremely helpful. It was close to close & they had an issue removing my old battery but they did it and I couldn’t be more thankful. Angels! :)

We bought a pair of wipers and it was raining today so, we finally tried putting them on. Our existing wipers disintegrated in the heat. I got the passenger side on with a bit of trouble. When we tried to get the driver's side on we just didn't have the strength.
