I love Dr. Rifel, but today I saw Dr. Howard because I've been vomiting non stop. He refused to prescribe me anti nausea medicine without a diagnosis from Urgent Care or the ER and completely dismissed me. How will anti nausea meds cause an issue? I need relief and this was a waste of my time. I'll never see him again, and now I have to go to urgent care.

Optum’s billing department are the most incompetent people ever put on Earth. I have tried repeatedly to settle this bill. They refused to make an outbound call to take care of it and sent my bill to collections. In addition, the place is not the same since Dr Yakoby left the practice. The front desk ladies are awesome. That’s where their “service” ends. Do not go here.

I went once DrRiffel spent 5 minutes with me said see ya in 4 months. My sister went different doctor he sent off prescription to Fry's, her insurance would not ok she called office for a different script and a week later nothing. I would steer clear of this clinic, she called several times says mailbox full

I have always had excellent service at this office. The doctors and the P.A.'s are kind , knowledgeable, and caring. The front desk staff is welcoming and efficient. I am a long time patient and they fit me in when I have an urgent need. I am thankful that they are close by and the office is clean and modern. Even the medical assistants are great.

Extremely professional. Team is kind and considerate. My provider was thorough and didn't make me feel rushed. The problem is that I have messaged on the portal and called 4x about what to do about my labs and the provider hasn't responded 2 weeks after my appointment. And the labs resulted and were in the patient portal within 4 days. It's super disappointing as an RN to see such poor follow up care. People who don't have medical background might just assume stuff is ok and never address their issues because providers can't be bothered to follow up with patients.

This is the 4th time I tried to call and set up an appointment or asking about a prescription and they ask me to wait on hold, I'm on hold for about 10-15 minutes and then when I hang up and call back they constantly put me on hold or hang up on me. I am a new patient and I am always nice and patient with the long waits and being on hold. I'm now frustrated. This is the only doctor that is close to me and that my insurance covers, so I wish they can just be better.

Dr Riffel and his staff are professional and extremely accurate ! My first appointment was amazing and I have never had a more comprehensive appointment. I know that I am in great hands with this new provider!! I have not had any trouble contacting them for appointments.

They should highly consider hiring more staff to answer phone calls since clearly the current staff can’t manage the call volume or front office is just advised to completely ignore calls. It’s a nightmare to get ahold of anyone other than scheduling and they can’t assist you with anything. I have to drive all the way there today to get my referrals figured out when I called and left a message 5 days ago for someone to call me back. If you can, choose another office.

Had my annual wellness check on January 25th. The doctor did not thoroughly examine me and they never contacted me on my lab results. I would not recommend this facility. Go to another Optum office.

I used to love this place. In truth they had provided me great medical services; however, the manner in which they bill and use third-parties to collect on bills has me turned off. For this reason I will most likely not use Optums services in the future.
