Couldn't get my 7.3 to start after losing an HPOP line. It just wouldn't prime again. Towed to OSTS and within a few hours they called and had it running. (It was the IPR nut, i totally forgot about checking that). While there I had them do brakes and coolant flush which they did promptly and fairly. They called daily with updates, that was awesome. I'm a fan.

I’ll start by saying I would not recommend this shop. I brought my truck here because while I am on a road trip from Canada in my 2003 Cummins 6speed, I had a bunch of odd rattling noise that seemed over the top for a dual disc clutch. I dropped it off for an hour and he basically said it’s the nature of the dual disc and that he would “just run it like that”. To me that wasn’t a very solid response. So I brought it to another shop in search of a better answer and they immediately told me the noise was coming from the transmission and not the brand new dual disc clutch. So long story short it’s best to get a couple “professional” opinions since I could have been stranded in the middle of nowhere. It’s possible that they may not have as much experience with dodge trucks. But this is just my experience I thought I’d share so nobody has to have the same experience.

OSTS.. Hat off to y’all I brought my 2005 6.0 in because The first shop I took it took cause major damage to my motor. OSTS went over and beyond to get my 6.0 back up and running. This was 2years ago since then I’ve brought it back for maintenance up keep, but she’s been running strong besides that. Thank you guys I highly recommend this place to anyone with a diesel!!

I’m glad everyone else had good experiences. Mine not so much. Placed an order on august 21st, never seen any updates. Messaged and got the run around for several weeks. Tracking number shows label created but was never picked up by usps. They issued me a refund and told me “I will issue a refund for the hassle and I’ll get another one sent out”, once again tracking hasn’t updated and it’s been almost 2 months. At least I got a refund, but never received anything else I was promised. Poor business practice to me.

Brought my 2001 F250 7.3 Super Duty in they did a great job. Honest and VERY customer centric! It’s rare one sees great customer service these days. I will continue to do business with One Stop Truck Shop!
