The left front fender wheel well cover started rubbing on the tire. I went to Nu-Way rims and this being a Sunday , I was thrilled that they were open.They removed the damaged fender protection plastic piece.I asked how much,do I owe you for the help. They responded whatever you'd like. I asked if they had an ATM or if they accepted ATM cards.They told me that they are a cash-only business and I said well I need to go to an ATM and come right back. I gave him 20 bucks and I'm very very very very very grateful that they fixed it for me right away because I have my little service dog with me and she gets overheated very quickly so these are great guys trustworthy caring and they don't beat you up for moneyWay to go New Rims and tires.

I can tell you from my experience that the reviews will tell you that this place is a 5 star shop.I brought my audi A7 in to mount a tire these guys made me happy.I ended up getting my struts done too.Wilk continue doing bussiness with these men in the future made me a very happy girl!Will not go anywhere else!

Blew a tire and after walking to pump up the spare (didn’t have funds to pay for possible fees for someone to come out) drove to this shop. Guy comes out after only being there for 2 minutes, asks me what we are doing. So I tell him I need a couple tires and I’m just looking at my car briefly, he goes “you have to do that somewhere else. Thanks for nothing big boy

Came in and was able to be seen immediately. Edwin found the problem with my tire and fixed it in less than 10 min. No upsales or tactics; just straight up good service. Doesn't get any better than that.

I am so grateful for the guys at New Way Rims and Tires. Kind humans with big hearts and quick service. I had something stuck deep in my tire and I pulled up and it was fixed within 6 minutes. I was able to make it to my doctor’s appointment because of their willingness to help me so quickly and I greatly appreciate that.

Stopped to see if they would fix my tire for my quad but they wouldn’t fix it. Wouldn’t even look at it.

Scammers, the guy put the wrong size tires on my car and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I didn’t check the tires he was installing before he installed them. The tires where way to big for my car and didn’t fit. He wouldn’t give my money back and stole my tire pressure sensors and valve steams and said I don’t have any when I drove in and He left my car on the rims. I drove in with 4 working tires and had to have triple A take my car to another shop. Because they didn’t have the size that I needed and they didn’t know what happened to the tires I drove in on.

Told the guy what size tires went home wrong tires paid $100 went back said keep them well have them tomorrow an my wife said no and the guy said I give my word I said put it in writing and then he said ok changed his mind and said ill take the tires back and then he stole my valve stems. DONT USE RIP OFF LIARS

They had my tire for a week and did nothing to it when I call to see what was goin on they said it was ready I came and it was still not done it was exactly how I bought it they are the worst tire shop and the lie and scam people go to no limit tires they will do great work for you
