If you want a bank that does maintenence without letting you know so you can't access the bank online. Or if you rely heavily on mobile banking apps and need to transfer money via by your phone...
Navy federal offers this really awesome option to were you can call a service representative every weekend due to the app being down. You'll stay on wait for 20+ minutes then you'll have to walk them through what you want transferred because you won't be able to do it on your own.

This review is for Navy Federal in general. Since opening my account it has been horrible. The website won't load, will go down for maintenance, not show the correct information, etc.. My card constantly gets declined and I have to call NF and they do something to make it work again. Always a different excuse. It's like they have 1 person in IT that maintains the site and 1 person working fraud that just randomly sets cards to get declined for no reason. Its so bad. Only use NF if you have no other choice.

Technically I don't have an account at this bank but husband #2 does and since I have to ask him for money he uses the ATM and it always gives him money (but not me ?) and that's 4 stars in my opinion lol

My family and I love this bank. Everyone is always courteous, well versed and punctual. They are efficient and we always are able to accomplish what we come to do! They offer loans, banking accounts, and more.

Navy Federal credit union is a scamJoel doesn't want to do teller actions. Just checking my credit card after being declined, I'm ot asking for a whole interaction with an agent.Why can't this bank do it's job
